nomenklaturën psikiatrike emërtohet si çrregullim organik depresiv (F 06.32). Sa për<br />
rehabilitim profesional do <strong>të</strong> kisha përfunduar me konstatimin që sindomi depresiv<br />
poqese nuk mjekohet në mënyrë adekuate për pasojë ka komplikime <strong>të</strong> rënda në<br />
shëndetin e pacientit (4, 9, 11).<br />

SYMPTOMATIC DEPRESSION THERAPEUTIC DILEMAS AND<br />
CHALENGES – CASE REPORT<br />

Depresive syndrom grow up a very topical health problem both of its frequency<br />
and its therapeutic resistency. Symptomatic depression on the other side appear a difficult<br />
problem because is on disguise form and is concomitant element of every serious somatic<br />
disorders. As this one it rest as nonrecognize on time with many psychophysical<br />
consequences and social deprivation of illness person as well. Our case report is for one<br />
54 male witth myocardial infarct, who after 3 month antidepersive medication at his<br />
psychiatrist have to improvement his health state. At same time the patient was in<br />
cardiologic therapy. This example indicate that every serious somatic disorders implicate<br />
depresive fenomenology because in essence of any depression is feelling of loss. It<br />
ought to emphasis the fact that the patient with damaged health, besides somatics<br />
difficulties has a psychosocial deprivation.
