Z tego powodu, aby zapobiec przekroczeniudopuszczalnej temperatury dobowej (35°C – warto redniodobowa),naley zapewni odpowiedni wentylacj w miejscu ichinstalacji.Nieprawidłowe działanie lub nieodpowiednia kompensacja mocymoe by stwierdzona przez sprawdzenie zuycia mocy biernej(rachunek za zuycie).Nieprawidłowe działanie baterii moe zosta stwierdzone i wyeliminowanedziki sprawdzeniu poniszych punktów instalacji:In the worst case, compensation systems are permanently operatedwith their maximum power. Therefore, good ventilation is to be ensuredin the place of installation in order to prevent the ambienttemperature from exceeding the max. admissible limit of 35°C(mean value over 24 hours).Malfunctions or an insufficient compensation power can be bestdetermined (although too late) by checking the reactive power demand(electricity bill). If the following points are noted during commissioningand the regular maintenance works, a loss in compensationpower can be detected at an early stage.1. Sprawdzi wentylacj w miejscu instalacji.2. Sprawdzi konstrukcj:a) Pod i nad kadym modułem sprawdzi dostpno wlotu iwylotu powietrza.b) Jeli podłoga celki jest zamknita (bez otworów wentylacyjnych),naley instalowa minimum 4 otwory wentylacyjne.c) Nie wolno instalowa adnych przegród lub podłóg w szafie,które mogłyby utrudni wentylacj.d) Dla stopnia ochrony ≥IP32 lub instalacji, które róni si odpkt. c), naley stosowa wentylacj wymuszon.e) Naley instalowa przegrody poprzeczne pomidzy przedziałamikablowym i aparatowym.3. Sprawdzi ustawienia i działanie regulatora baterii kondensatorów.4. Sprawdzi iskrzenie styków przy załczaniu oraz poprawnodziałania. Okresy konserwacyjne styczników baterii w zalenociod iloci ich załcze s opisane w instrukcji producenta.5.1. Check ventilation in the place of installation.2. Check the construction:a) Above and below each individual module (or the modules),an air supply and air discharge must be available.b) If the cubicle bottom plate is closed (no air supply throughbottom plate), there must be at least 4 ventilation slots.c) No compartment bottom plates or other installations may bepresent in the cubicle which might adversely affect ventilation.d) For protection class > IP 32 or installations which deviatefrom c) above, forced ventilation (or a reduced amount ofequipment) is required.e) A transverse partitioning must be installed between the cablecompartment and the equipment compartment.3. Check the settings and the functioning of the controller (switchingoutputs).4. Check contactors for sparking when switching and for faultlessmaking and breaking operations. The maintenance intervals ofthe contacts of the capacitor contactors depending on their numberof switching operations (can be read off ESTAmat ® RPR) aresubject to the manufacturer´s instructions.Nie wolno dotyka styków kondensatora rkami!Do not operate capacitor-contactors by hand!5. Całkowity pobór prdu słuy do wskazania strat pojemnoci, jelitalki pomiar jest niemoliwy (wymaga bezpiecznego odłczeniabaterii kondensatorów); w takim przypadku prdy i napicia kadejfazy powinny by mierzone przemiennie (jednak pomiar prdujest tylko zgrubnym kryterium moliwoci odkształce przebieguprdu przez składowe harmoniczne).6. Przed dotkniciem kondensatora naley:a) Odczeka co najmniej minut po odłczeniu kondensatora.b) Zabezpieczy si przed moliwoci załczenia baterii.c) Sprawdzi prawidłowo odłczenia zasilania.d) Zewrze łczniki zaciskowe kondensatorów w celu skompensowaniarónic potencjałów.e) Zabezpieczy ssiednie elementy przewodzce przed przypadkowymzetkniciem5. The current consumption of the system and the modules servesas an indication for a loss in capacitance if a capacitance test(which requires safety disconnection of the compensation system)is not possible; in this case, the currents and voltages ineach phase must be measured simultaneously. (However, currentmeasurement is only a rough criterion in view of possiblecurrent distortions caused by harmonic waves!)6. Before touching the capacitors:a) Wait for at least one minute until the capacitor is discharged.b) Protect the system against reclosing.c) Verify safe isolation from supply.d) Short-circuit the capacitor terminals among each other andwith the housing in order to compensate for differences inpotential.e) Protect neighbouring live parts against accidental contact.MNS DTR / MNS Service 89
