5.9 Uszkodzenia powierzchni lakierniczych 5.9 Paintwork damage
5.9.1 Przygotowanie powierzchni 5.9.1 Preparation of the damaged Iocation
Powierzchnie zabrudzone przez smary lub oleje powinny by czyszczone
rodkiem czyszczcym alifatycznym z uyciem lnianej szmatki.
5.9.2 Naprawa 5.9.2 Execution
Do malowania uszkodzonej powierzchni powinien zosta uyty zestaw
naprawczy w kolorze zgodnym z uytym na rozdzielnicy.
Utwardzacz znajdujcy si w mniejszym pojemniku powinien zosta
dodany do wikszego pojemnika. Jako czynnika utwardzajcego
ma zasadniczy wpływ na jako malowania. Po wymieszaniu zawartoci
obu pojemników zestaw jest gotowy do uycia i pokrycia uszkodzonej
powierzchni za pomoc pdzla lub wałka do malowania.
Mniejsze uszkodzenia mog by poprawiane miejscowo. Jako
naprawy uzaleniona jest od dokładnoci przygotowania powierzchni.
Surfaces or locations soiled by grease/oil shall be cleaned with
an aliphatic cleaning agent using a linen cloth.
The paintwork repair set whose colour matches that of the plant
to which it is attached (if ordered) shall be used for paintwork
repairs.
The hardening agent in the small container shall be completely
added to the Iarger container filled with paint. The quantity of
hardening agent exactly matches the quantity of the paint. After
hardening agent and paint have been thoroughly mixed the
mixture shall be appIied using a brush or a lambskin paint roller
to the surface to be repaired.
Small marks may be repaired isolated; but the success depends
on the surface preparation and/or the „handling“.

W przypadku zniszczenia duej powierzchni naley j przetrze papierem
ciernym (gr. 400). Nastpnie uszkodzon powierzchni
naley przetrze szmatk lnian lub oczyci spronym powietrzem.
When major damage to Iarge areas has occurred the respective
surfaces shalI be ground with abrasive paper (grade 400). The
damaged area has then to be wiped with a linen cloth or cleaned
with compressed air to remove the dust.
5.10.2 Wykonanie 5.10.2 Execution
Wypełniacz naley nakłada na powierzchni za pomoc skrobaczki.
Tak nałoony wypełniacz naley pozostawi na cał noc. Powierzchnie
wypełnion naley delikatnie przetrze.
Malowanie odbywa si w sposób opisany powyej.
A filler material (aIkyd resin basis) shalI be applied flush with the
surface using a drawing scraper. The filler shall be left to set
over night. The filled-in location has again to be slightIy ground.
Thereafter the paint has to be appIied as described above.
