5.1.1.3 Współczynnik redukujcy dopuszczalne straty mocy w
przypadku uycia modułów 8E/4 i 8E/2
Ponisza tabela wskazuje współczynnik redukujcy, jaki musi by
uwzgldniony dla prawidłowego okrelenia dopuszczalnej straty mocy
w celce, w przypadkach uycia modułów 8E/4 i 8E/2. Wynika on z
faktu istnienia dodatkowych barier ograniczajcych wentylacj celki.
W kolumnach 3 i 5 podano wartoci odpowiadajce stratom mocy dla
modułów wysuwnych.
Wskazane dane maj zastosowanie, gdy temperatura otoczenia
wynosi 35°C.
5.1.1.3 Pv Reduction factors for use of withdrawable
modules size 8E/4 and 8E/2
The following table gives reduction factors to be multiplied with
the permissible power loss for withdrawable modules size 8E/4
and 8E/2 due to additional barriers confining ventilation.
Rows 3 and 5 relate to the examples given in the table head.
Given data are valid for an ambient temperature of 35°C.
IP30 – IP42, z wentylacj / ventilated
IP32 – IP54, bez wentylacji/ non-ventilated

5.1.2 Moliwo testowania obwodów sterowania modułów
wysuwnych
Zaraz po montau modułu sterowania napdem lub modułu odpływowego
naley sprawdzi obwody sterowania.
Moe by to wykonane nastpujco:
1. Gdy moduł wysuwny jest w pozycji TEST.
2. Dla modułów 8E do 48E za pomoc modułu testowego.
3. Stosujc kabel testowy.
1. Pozycja TEST modułu wysuwnego
Odnosi si to do standardowego wykonania.
1. Łcznik główny (rozłcznik z bezpiecznikami, wyłcznik) jest
odłczony. Obwody główne i sterownicze s rozłczone
2. Pokrtło modułu ustawione jest w pozycji TEST. Moduł wysuwny
pozostaje w celce. Obwody siłowe s rozłczone, sterownicze
– załczone.
3. W tym połoeniu wszystkie łczenia mog by wykonane bez
załczenia obwodów siłowych.
5.1.2 Possibilities for testing the control circuits of
withdrawable modules
Prior to commissioning of a motor or energy outgoing unit the
function of the control circuits must be tested according to the
interlocking conditions.
This can be done as follows:
1. When the withdrawable modules are in test position.
2. For withdrawable modules 8E to 48E by means of a test
adapter.
3. With the help of a test cable.
1. Test position of the withdrawable module
This corresponds to the standard design.
1. The main switch (fused motor switch, circuit breaker) is
switched off. The power and control circuits are disconnected.
2. The switch handle is turned to ”TEST” position. The
withdrawable module remains in the contact position. The
power circuit is disconnected, the control circuit is operational.
3. In this positino, the internal and external switching conditions
can be tested without power.
