3.9.1 Przerwy w pracy na etapie montau 3.9.1 lnterruption of work
W przypadku przerw w pracy podczas montau i instalacji w celu
zapewnienia maksymalnej ochrony przed pyłem oraz ciałami obcymi
naley:
• zamkn drzwi rozdzielnicy,
• jeeli to konieczne – okry rozdzielnice foli,
• jeeli to konieczne – ogrzewa miejsce montau rozdzielnicy.
lf work is interrupted during erection or connection, measures
should be taken to ensure that maximum protection is provided
against outside interference like dust, moisture and foreign
objects, like:
• Close the cubicle doors.
• lf necessary, cover the switchgear with foil.
• lf necessary, the pIace of erection must be heated
3.9.2 Stopie ochrony 3.9.2 Degree of protection
W zalenoci od stopnia ochrony naley spełni ponisze warunki w
miejscu instalacji:
• Dla stopnia ochrony ≥IP X2 lub ≥IP 5X pokrywy górne powinny
by uszczelnione, jeli nie zostały uszczelnione przez producenta.
Uszczelnienie pokrywy odbywa si za pomoc tamy samoprzylepnej
15x2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) po uprzednim oczyszczeniu
powierzchni na wewntrznej płaszczynie, 3 mm od jej krawdzi.
• Dla stopnia ochrony ≥IP X1 lub ≥IP 4X konieczne jest uszczelnienie
celek pomidzy sob w miejscach podziałów transportowych.
W tym celu naley wykona, co nastpuje:
− Miejsca połcze ram powinny by oczyszczone rodkiem Tekoral
R (GSIN100298P0001) przy uyciu czystej szmatki.
− Po wyschniciu rodka czyszczcego naley stosowa tam
samoprzylepn 15x2 mm (GSIN100021P0010), przyklejajc j
do profilu C w odległoci 3 mm od brzegu (patrz Rys. 54).
Depending on the degree of protection measures are required to
be taken at the erection site to seal the cubicles:
• For degrees of protection ≥ IP X2 or ≥ IP 5X the bottom plate
covers (flanges) have to be sealed, if not already done at the
manufacturers site. To seal the bottom plate covers the self
adhesive sealing 15 x 2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) has to be
used which has to be applied after cleaning (see below) on
the inside bending of the flanges with an overlapping distance
of 3 mm to the bending.
• For degrees of protection ≥ IP X1 or ≥ IP 4X a sealing of the
frames between the cubicles (cubicle/cubicle) at the transport
division is necessary. Therefore the following measures have
to be taken:
− The connection sides of the affected frame sections have
to be cleaned with Terokal R (GSIN100298P0001) cleaner
using an oil- and grease-free piece of cloth.
− After drying of the cleaner the self-adhesive sealing tape
15 x 2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) has to be applied to the
C-sections at a distance of 3 mm from the outer edge
(see fig. 54).

The cleaner Terokal R is inflamable. Obeye the
use instructions of the manufacturer.
Materiały uszczelniajce s dostarczane wraz z rozdzielnic.
Kable powinny by wprowadzane do rozdzielnic przez dławiki kablowe.
Sealing material is supplied with the cubicle.
Use glands for cable entrances.
