1.4 Moduły funkcjonalne rozdzielnicy 1.4 Modular add-on parts
Zespół zawierajcy aparatur elektryczn i elementy konstrukcyjne
w całoci stanowi pojedynczy moduł funkcjonalny.
Wykonania standardowe to:
• moduły z bezporednim połczeniem z szynami zbiorczymi,
• moduły wysuwne,
• moduły wtykowe, rozłczalne i wyjmowalne,
• moduły stacjonarne,
• moduły i celki sterownicze,
• moduły montowane na frontach celki (wskaniki, lampki, przyrzdy
sterownicze lub pomiarowe zamontowane na panelu niszy
pomiarowej).
The equipment beIonging to a functional unit is contained in a
single module.
Standard designs are:
• direct connection to the busbar,
• withdrawabIe technique,
• plug-in, disconnectable and railable technique,
• fixed technique,
• control modules or control cubicles,
• front modules (indicating, measuring, annunciating, operating
and control units mounted on the instrument panel of the front
cover or the measuring recess).
1.4.1 Bezporednie podłczenie do szyn 1.4.1 Direct connection to the busbar
Wyłcznik powietrzny (ACB – do 6300 A) lub kompaktowy (MCCB
– do 1600 A) jest podłczany bezporednio do szyn zbiorczych.
Moduły wysuwne s łczone z szynami dystrybucyjnymi za pomoc
dodatkowego adaptera poredniczcego.
Air circuit breaker (ACB) and moulded-case circuit breaker
(MCCB) rated 630 A and higher are connected directIy to the
busbars. Withdrawable switches are furnished with an additional
plug-in unit as intermediate link to the busbars.

1.4.2 Moduły stacjonarne 1.4.2 Fixed technique
Moduły stacjonarne (napdy do 450 kW i zasilanie do 800 A) s
podłczone do szyn za pomoc połcze rubowych. Połczenia
te wykonuje si za pomoc kabli lub szyn. Szyny rozdzielcze posiadaj
stopie ochrony IP 20, przedział kablowy IP 30.
Fixed modules (motor starters up to 450 kW and feeders up to
800 A) are connected to the distribution bars by means of fixed
bolt connections. The connections are realized by using power
cables or fixed bars. The degree of protection is IP 20 against the
distribution bars and IP 30 against the cable compartment.
Podstawowe elementy modułów stacjonarnych to płyta montaowa,
ciany boczne (lewa i prawa), ciany boczne z przepustami dla
kabli odpływowych oraz dolna ciana przedziału oddzielajca od
siebie moduły (patrz Rys. 8).
Basic parts for fixed modules consist of assembly plate, side walls
(left and right), bushing side walls for outgoing cables and
compartment bottom plate, which separates the modules from
each other (see fig. 8).
