Projekt miejskiej hali magazynowej na
obszarze Huty Warszawa, jako element
infrastruktury transportu intermodalnego,
funkcjonujący w zrównoważonym mieście
przyszłości – Smart City
Huta Warszawa jest przykładem wielkoprzestrzennych
atrakcyjnych terenów inwestycyjnych we współczesnej
suburbanizacji przygranicznych terenów miasta początku
XXIw. Dotychczasowe normy i przyzwyczajenia związane
z projektowaniem i lokalizowaniem hal magazynowych
skupiały się na wyłączeniu tych obiektów z tkanki
miejskiej. Przedstawiona koncepcja zakłada odejście od
monofunkcyjności tego typu obiektów i wykluczenia ich
z życia miejskiej społeczności. Znaczna część projektowanego
obiektu jest przestrzenią obsługującą transport intermodalny,
funkcje towarzyszące to centrum handlowe oparte w całości
na recyklingu, unikatowa przestrzeń stacji ładowania aut oraz
strefa biurowa. Zaprojektowane rozwiązania parkowe, ogrody
deszczowe czy pnącza elewacyjne realizują ważne koncepcje
ekologiczne. W założeniu projektowana hala magazynowa
ma być nie tylko miejscem pracy i zapleczem logistycznym
ale przede wszystkim ma pełnić funkcję centrotwórczą
spełniając ideę miasta inteligentnego i produktywnego.
The design of an urban warehouse in
Warsaw’s Huta area as an element of
intermodal transport infrastructure within
a Smart City: a sustainable city
of the future
The Huta area in Warsaw is an example of attractive, largespace
investment zone within the recently suburbanised
neighbouring area. The former norms and habits related to
designing and localising warehouses focused on excluding
these facilities from the urban fabric. The presented concept
assumes the departure from the mono-functionality of such
buildings, and from excluding them from the life of urban
communities. The majority of the designed facility will be
an area servicing intermodal transport. Additional functions
include a fully recycling-based shopping centre, a unique
vehicle charging area and an office space. The designed
park areas, rain gardens and façade climbing plants will
fulfil important ecological roles. The project assumes the
warehouse will not only serve as a workplace and have
logistical capacity, but most of all should perform a centreforming
function in line with the idea of an intelligent and
productive city.
