Przedmiotem opracowania jest stworzenie projektu osady
dla artystów – miejsca zapewniającego im jak najlepsze
warunki do rozwoju twórczego, prezentowania swoich dzieł
oraz umożliwiającego wypoczynek w sielankowym, wiejskim
krajobrazie. Osada umożliwia prowadzenie życia toczącego
się wokół sztuki w towarzystwie innych twórczych osób, przy
jednoczesnej izolacji od szybko biegnącego, zewnętrznego
świata. Zmaterializowaniem idei połączenia świat artystów
z naturą, jest zespół zaprojektowanych budynków
w formie osady. Zlokalizowany w centrum założenia
obiekt jest ogólnodostępny oraz stanowi metaforyczne
ogniwo spajające artystów różnych branż. Wokół niego
zlokalizowano budynki: gastronomiczny, warsztatowy
oraz obiekty mieszkalne z widokiem na malowniczy staw.
Miejsca sprzyjające wyciszeniu i koncentracji powinny
być odpowiednio gospodarowane i wspierane zarówno
obecnie, jak i w przyszłości, dlatego podjęty temat pracy jest
perspektywiczny w swoich założeniach.

The subject of this work is the creation of a project for an artists’
settlement – a place providing artists with the best possible
conditions for creative development, for the presentation
of their work and for leisure activities in the scenic, rural
landscape. The settlement allows its residents to lead a life
surrounded by art, in the company of other creative people.
At the same time, it gives them space to isolate themselves
from the fast-paced outside world. The idea of connecting
the world of artists with nature is manifested in a complex
of buildings designed as a settlement. The building located
at the centre of the project is open to all and provides
a metaphorical link that brings together artists from all the
different creative branches. Around it, there are further
developments – a catering building, a workshop building as
well as residential buildings overlooking a picturesque pond.
Locations that promote tranquillity and concentration should
be properly managed and supported, both right now and in
the future – so the project takes the future perspective as
one of its main premises.
