策 展 人 的 話 Foreword from Festival Director
游 婷 敬 | 策 展 人
前 進 的 力 量 、 複 數 的 公 共
在 西 方 思 潮 中 , 酷 兒 論 述 源 自 1995 年 愛 滋
問 題 和 當 時 的 同 志 運 動 , 在 解 構 主 義 和 精 神 分 析
的 脈 絡 , 在 性 別 身 分 的 演 繹 詮 釋 下 , 建 構 出 關 乎
民 族 、 社 會 階 層 、 意 識 形 態 、 政 治 、 經 濟 、 社 會 、
文 化 等 各 形 態 的 性 別 樣 貌 。 酷 兒 論 述 不 陷 入 生 理
性 別 , 反 芻 現 代 社 會 的 「 異 性 戀 / 同 性 戀 」 二 分 法
時 , 酷 兒 論 述 更 全 面 關 照 「 性 規 範 」(normativities
of sex) 背 後 的 權 力 關 係 。
台 灣 國 際 酷 兒 影 展 邁 入 第 八 年 , 在 策 展 上
除 了 每 年 將 台 灣 酷 兒 影 像 作 品 透 過 徵 件 選 出 , 匯
集 海 內 外 當 今 重 要 酷 兒 影 像 作 品 外 , 在 實 質 的 影
人 交 流 、 來 自 各 地 的 影 像 作 品 , 對 酷 兒 性 探 討 與
話 語 詮 釋 , 有 更 直 接 的 接 軌 與 辯 證 。
自 2005 年 創 立 「 亞 太 酷 兒 影 展 聯 盟 」
(APPQFFA), 透 過 會 員 國 的 組 成 , 對 亞 太 地 區
酷 兒 影 像 作 品 的 交 流 與 社 會 進 步 , 具 實 質 的 參 與
性 。 台 灣 國 際 酷 兒 影 展 一 路 走 來 篳 路 藍 縷 , 感 謝
創 辦 人 林 杰 德 、 林 杏 鴻 的 創 辦 發 起 , 歷 屆 理 事 長
們 的 辛 苦 耕 耘 , 催 生 每 年 的 影 展 , 並 成 立 社 團 游
法 人 台 灣 國 際 影 音 與 教 育 協 會 , 感 念 前 人 付 出 才
華 、 時 間 、 青 春 、 資 源 的 挹 注 , 在 今 年 疫 情 期 間 ,
面 對 人 事 的 調 動 、 疫 情 的 不 確 定 性 , 透 過 影 像 實
踐 多 元 性 別 的 使 命 , 仍 堅 不 可 摧 。
年 度 主 題 以 「 後 同 婚 時 代 」 為 名 , 是 我 們 對 台 灣 社 會
在 進 步 與 多 元 開 放 思 維 下 的 期 許 和 發 聲 。 本 屆 影 展 影 片
來 自 世 界 各 地 二 十 個 國 家 , 近 五 十 部 作 品 的 聯 映 , 涵 蓋 男
同 志 、 女 同 志 、 中 性 人 、 跨 性 別 、 雌 雄 同 體 、 扮 裝 者 、 同 志
運 動 、 信 仰 與 性 別 、 華 人 酷 兒 等 , 我 們 將 酷 兒 影 展 作 為 一
個 「 複 數 的 公 共 」(publics) 的 性 別 平 權 、 社 會 參 與 平 台 ,
透 過 各 種 形 式 的 媒 介 與 呈 現 , 參 與 的 不 只 基 於 一 種 想 法 ,
更 是 一 種 身 份 認 同 或 一 段 特 定 歷 史 的 表 達 , 將 文 化 中 有
許 多 不 確 定 性 與 無 法 預 測 性 被 因 此 允 許 。
在 人 生 而 為 人 的 身 份 認 同 與 性 別 政 治 上 , 不 再 落 入
生 物 性 別 的 巢 臼 , 期 許 台 灣 酷 兒 影 展 是 酷 兒 策 略 實 踐 化 、
論 述 化 、 公 眾 化 、 公 開 化 的 平 台 , 更 感 激 我 們 能 為 身 在 台
灣 , 作 為 少 數 華 人 地 區 , 能 將 性 別 議 題 公 開 發 言 的 言 論 自
由 權 的 發 生 地 , 為 此 欣 慰 與 感 動 。

◎ 主 辦 單 位 保 留 更 動 節 目 之 權 利 , 所 有 演 出 時 間 及 內 容 將 依 現 場 實 際 狀 況 而 定 , 最 新 消 息 與 異 動 資 訊 將 於 官 方 網

◎ 開 演 後 20 分 鐘 禁 止 入 場 。
◎ 因 應 「 嚴 重 特 殊 傳 染 性 肺 炎 (COVID-19)」 防 疫 , 配 中 央 防 疫 指 揮 中 心 規 範 , 擬 定 防 疫 措 施 :
1. 全 座 位 採 梅 花 座 方 式 自 由 入 座 。
2. 入 場 觀 影 前 請 配 合 測 量 體 溫 , 若 額 溫 超 過 攝 氏 37.5 度 以 上 , 將 予 以 退 票 婉 拒 入 場 ( 需 要 討 論 這 個 政 策 跟 退
票 金 額 手 續 等 流 程 )。
3. 座 位 全 面 採 用 梅 花 座 , 影 城 內 ( 含 1 樓 大 廳 及 等 候 區 ) 請 全 程 配 戴 口 罩 , 並 全 程 禁 止 飲 食 。
4. 影 城 人 員 每 日 執 勤 前 量 測 體 溫 進 行 健 康 自 主 管 理 並 配 戴 口 罩 。
5. 於 各 入 口 處 提 供 消 毒 用 品 並 於 各 洗 手 間 提 供 抗 菌 洗 手 乳 及 乾 手 機 , 並 固 定 全 面 消 毒 。
6. 公 共 區 域 每 日 定 時 消 毒 ( 含 電 梯 面 板 、 洗 手 間 、 影 廳 門 把 、 等 候 區 桌 面 ……) 。

A devastating earthquake hits Oaxaca, a state in southern Mexico, and this seismic movement has
caused physical and emotional tremors for the lives of the Muxes, indigenous transgender. The first
body found after the earthquake belongs to Delirio, an elderly Muxe. Delirio is not a man or a woman.
Delirio is a pioneer that has fought for decades so that people like Delirio could find their place in a
