2.4 Standort Die Maschine sollte von brennbaren und explosiven Materialien, sowie vor Sonneneinstrahlung und intensivem Licht ferngehalten werden. Die Maschine sollte ebenso an einen gut belüfteten Ort aufgestellt werden. Die Maschine ist auf ausreichend festem Untergrund ggf. nach Mindestanforderungen der Angaben im Fundamentplan aufzustellen. Bei der Wahl des Aufstellortes sind außer der Bodenbeschaffenheit auch die Richtlinien und Hinweise der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift sowie der Arbeitsstättenverordnung zu beachten. Ausgehend von einer umgerissenen doppelt stahlbewährten Betonplatte aus C25/30 und soll eine Mindestdicke von 200 mm aufweisen. Max. Neigung auf 4 m Beton-Trockenzeit: 13mm Min. 20 Tage Wenn die Böden den Anforderungen nicht entsprechen, kann es zu schweren Verletzungen des Personals oder der Beschädigung der Hebebühne kommen. Für die baulichen Vorgaben haftet der Betreiber und muss sicherstellen, dass Vorgaben und statischen Voraussetzungen zur Montage der Hebebühne gewährleistet sind. Bei Montage auf Etagendecken ist deren ausreichende Tragfähigkeit zu prüfen. Generell ist zu empfehlen, bei Montage auf Etagendecken einen Bausachverständigen zur Begutachtung hinzuzuziehen. Sie weist keine entsprechenden Sicherheitsausstattungen für den Außenbereich (z.B. IP-Schutz, verzinkte Ausführung etc.) auf. Die Hebebühne ist nur für den Einbau in trockenen Räumen konzipiert.
