Energetski srednjenaponski kabeli za napone do 36 kV<br />

1. UVOD<br />

ELKA je osnovana 1927. godine i danas je u Republici<br />

Hrvatskoj jedini proizvo|a~ energetskih distribucijskih kabela<br />

napona 1 kV do 36 kV. Elka je i proizvo|a~ XLPE i<br />

elastomernih izolacijskih smjesa za izolacije niskonaponskih i<br />

srednjenaponskih energetskih kabela s vi{e od 20 godina<br />

iskustva na razli~itim proizvodima i komercijalnom plasmanu.<br />

Srednjenaponski kabeli s XLPE izolacijom proizvode se<br />

najsuvremenijom tehnologijom izoliranja u trostrukom<br />

brizganju istovremenim nano{enjem poluvodljivih slojeva na<br />

izolaciju (triplex extrusion).<br />

Umre`enje izolacije je suhim postupkom (dry cured<br />

vulcanisation) u neutralnom plinu du{iku. Ovim postupcima<br />

dobiva se kvalitetan i ~vrst spoj izme|u izolacije i vodljivih<br />

slojeva bez mogu}nosti odvajanja pri ciklusima grijanja i<br />

hla|enja kabela u radu. Umre`enjem u du{iku pove}ana je<br />

otpornost izolacije na nastajanje i {irenje "treeinga" a time i<br />

pojava parcijalnog izbijanja, {to zna~ajno podi`e stupanj<br />

dielektri~ke ~vrsto}e izolacije i produ`ava `ivotni vijek kabela.<br />

Elka posjeduje vlastiti razvojni centar i ispitne laboratorije za<br />

materijale i kabele sa suvremenom opremom i visoko stru~nim<br />

osobljem {to garantira visoku kvalitetu finalnih proizvoda,<br />

materijala i kabela.<br />

Sustav osiguranja kvalitete (Quality Management System)<br />

potvr|en je Certifikatom ISO 9001 izdanim 1997. godine, a<br />

Sustav upravljanja okolišem certifikatom ISO 14001 izdanim<br />

2002. godine od tvrtke SGS International Certification Services<br />

1. INTRODUCTION<br />

ELKA was founded in 1927 and is currently the only producer<br />

of distribution power cables of 1 kV to 36 kV voltage in the<br />

Republic of Croatia. ELKA produces also XLPE and elastomere<br />

insulation compounds for insulation of low voltage and<br />

medium voltage power cables, with more than 20 years of<br />

experience in proper products and commercial sale.<br />

Medium voltage cables with XLPE insulation are manufactured<br />

with most recent technology of insulation in triple extrusion<br />

under simultaneous application of semi-conductive layers<br />

over insulation (triplex extrusion).<br />

Cross-linking of insulation is done by dry cured vulcanisation<br />

procedure in a neutral nitrogen gas. By those procedures we<br />

obtain a high quality and tight connection between insulation<br />

and conductive layers without the possibility of their separation<br />

during the heating and cooling cycles of cables in operation.<br />

Cross-linking in nitrogen increases the resistance of insulation<br />

towards appearance and spreading of "treeing" and thereby<br />

also of partial discharge, increasing thus considerably the grade<br />

of dielectric strength of insulation and prolonging the life-time<br />

of cables.<br />

ELKA has got a proper development centre and test laboratories<br />

for materials and cables with up to date equipment and<br />

high qualified staff, what guarantees a high quality of final<br />

products, materials and cables.<br />

The Quality Management (Insurance) System is confirmed by<br />

ISO 9001 Certificate, issued in 1997, and Environmental<br />

Management by ISO 14001 Certificate, issued in 2002 by the<br />

firm SGS International Certification Services AG, Switzerland.<br />

Elektri~na struja protjecanjem kroz vodi~e kabela razvija<br />

toplinu {to uzrokuje isu{enje okolnog zemlji{ta te dovodi do<br />

mogu}eg toplinskog kolapsa kabela. S tog razloga potrebno je<br />

ograni~iti veli~inu struje protjecanu kabelom ovisno o uvjetima<br />

pogona u kojem kabel radi. Dopu{teno strujno optere}enje<br />

The temperature developed by electric current streaming<br />

through cable conductors, causing exsiccation of surrounding<br />

ground, may be the reason of a possible thermal collapse of<br />

cables. Because of that, it is necessary to limit the amount of<br />

current streaming through the cable, in dependence on the<br />

operating plant conditions of cable. Permitted current ratings<br />

of cables is calculated acc. to IEC 287, considering the<br />

6.3 DOPUSTIVE STRUJE KRATKOG SPOJA<br />

Otpornost izolacije na visoki toplinski u~inak struje kratkog<br />

spoja odre|ena je grani~nom temperaturom vodi~a koja za<br />

6.3. PERMITTED SHORT CIRCUIT CURRENTS<br />

Insulation resistance to high thermal impact of short circuit<br />

current is determined by a limit conductor temperature, which<br />

amount to 250ºC for XLPE insulation.<br />

Permitted short circuit current of cable phase conductor is<br />

additionally conditioned by conductor temperature at the short<br />

circuit beginning, regularly 90ºC and by short circuit duration,<br />

but not more than 5 seconds.<br />

Permitted short circuit current of cable electric protection is<br />

conditioned by electric protection temperature at the short<br />

circuit beginning, of anticipated value 70ºC, and the highest<br />

permitted temperature of copper wires or tapes, electric<br />

protection, anticipated 350ºC, and short circuit duration of<br />

max. 5 seconds.<br />

9. PACKING<br />

9.1 SIZES OF PACKING DRUMS<br />

Cables are wound at wooden or metal drums in standard<br />

lengths of 1000 m or upon request. Nominal drum number is<br />

at the same time the side diameter expressed in dm.<br />

Basic drum data are in accordance with German standard<br />

DIN 46391.<br />

10. POLAGANJE I SPAJANJE KABELA<br />

10.1. OP]ENITO O POLAGANJU<br />

Polaganje kabela mora biti pa`ljivo da ne do|e do o{te}enja<br />

kabela ni za vrijeme polaganja niti kasnije u pogonskom radu. S<br />

tog razloga preporu~uje se pridr`avati slijede}eg:<br />

•Polagati kod temperature koja ne}e uzrokovati o{te}enje<br />

kabela ni ugroziti sigurnost ljudi i opreme<br />

•Razvla~enje kabela izvoditi ure|ajem za razvla~enje s<br />

kontrolom vu~ne sile<br />

•Kabel kod polaganja u zemlju polagati uvijek na pripremljenu<br />

posteljicu; ne smije se vu}i po zemlji, pogotovo ne po kamenitom<br />

tlu<br />

•Materijali za posteljicu ne smiju imati agresivni utjecaj na pla{t<br />

kabela<br />

•Kabel ne savijati ispod najmanjeg dozvoljenog polumjera<br />

savijanja<br />

•Kabelski rov ne zatrpavati grubim kamenjem<br />

•Iznad kabela postaviti {titnike i upozoravaju}u vrpcu<br />

•Krajeve kabela obavezno zatvoriti vodonepropusnim kapama<br />

10.2. TEMPERATURA POLAGANJA<br />

Kabeli s PVC pla{tom mogu se polagati na temperaturi okoline<br />

do -5 C, dok se kabeli s PE pla{tom mogu polagati i kod tem-<br />

0<br />

peratura do -20 C.<br />

Za polaganje kod temperatura ni`ih od navedenih potrebno je<br />

0<br />

provesti zagrijavanje kabela na temperaturu iznad +5 C, jednom<br />

od za to poznatih metoda i odr`avati tu temperaturu najmanje<br />

24 sata prije polaganja.<br />

10.3. POLUMJER SAVIJANJA<br />

Kod polaganja potrebno je pridr`avati se slijede}ih vrijednosti:<br />

•tijekom polaganja<br />

jedno`ilni kabel Rs≥15D<br />

tro`ilni kabel Rs≥12D<br />

•kabel polo`en, savijen preko forme<br />

jedno`ilni Rs≥12D<br />

tro`ilni Rs≥9D<br />

10. LAYING AND CONNECTING OF CABLES<br />

10.1. GENERALLY ON LAYING<br />

Cables are to be laid carefully, to avoid cable damage either<br />

during laying or later in operating conditions. Because of that,<br />

one should respect the following:<br />

•Cables<br />

are to be laid at the temperature which won't cause<br />

cable damage nor endanger the safety of people or equipment<br />

•Cable<br />

stretching should be performed by a stretching device<br />

equipped by tensile strength control<br />

•When<br />

laid into the ground, the cable is always to be laid at<br />

prepared bedding; it must not be pulled over the ground,<br />

specially not over stony terrain<br />

•Bedding<br />

material shouldn't act aggressively upon cable sheath<br />

•Permitted<br />

bending radius to be respected.<br />

•Cable<br />

trench must not be covered up with rough stones<br />

•Protections<br />

and warning tapes should be put over the cables<br />

•Cable<br />

ends should be obligatorily closed by watertight caps.<br />

10.2. LAYING TEMPERATURE<br />

PVC sheathed cables could be laid at ambient temperature up<br />

to -5ºC, whereupon the PE sheathed cables could be laid even<br />

at -20ºC temperature.<br />

When laying at lower temperatures than those stated, cables<br />

should be warmed up to the temperature of over +5ºC<br />

applying one of the adequate known methods and that<br />

temperature is to be maintained for at least 24 hours before<br />

laying.<br />

10.3. BENDING RADIUS<br />

The following values are to be respected at laying:<br />

Preporu~a se razvla~enje kabela vu~nom ~arapicom. Dio kabela<br />

obuhva}en vu~nom ~arapicom nakon zavr{enog razvla~enja<br />

obavezno odsje}i.<br />

10.5. SPAJANJE I ZAVR[AVANJE KABELA<br />

Najpoznatiji na~ini spajanja i zavr{avanja srednjenaponskih<br />

kabela s XLPE izolacijom su:<br />

•primjena predoblikovanih spojnica i kabelskih zavr{etaka<br />

•omatanje vrpcama posebno izra|enim za ove namjene<br />

Potrebno je po{tivati upute proizvo|a~a kod izvedbe spojnica i<br />

kabelskih zavr{etaka.<br />

Elka, na zahtjev, uz isporuku kabela osigurava i:<br />

•isporuku spojnica i kabelskih zavr{etaka za sve tipove kabela iz<br />

svog proizvodnog programa,<br />

•monta`u spojnica i kabelskih zavr{etaka,<br />

•isporuku i monta`u spojnog, zateznog i ovjesnog pribora za<br />

nadzemne izolirane vodi~e i samonosive kabele,<br />

•obuku (treninge) za rad na spojnom priboru razli~itih<br />

proizvo|a~a.<br />

It is recommended to pull the cables by using a cable stocking.<br />

The part of the cable covered by the cable stocking should be<br />

obligatorily cut off after completed traction.<br />

10.5 CONNECTING AND TERMINATING OF CABLES<br />

The best known ways of connecting and terminating of medium<br />

voltage cables with XLPE insulation are:<br />

•application<br />

of prefabricated junctions and cable terminations<br />

•wrapping<br />

by specially designed tapes<br />

Producer's instructions are to be respected at junction and cable<br />

termination execution.<br />

At request, along with the cable delivery, ELKA can secure:<br />
