3.2 Operation of the lifting platform

Carefully read all safety instructions before operating the lift.

Press the Lift button to install both castors of the drive set. Make sure that they are in the correct position on
the crossbar.
Lower the lifting platform completely using the Lower button. The rear part of the lifting platform is
automatically lowered onto the rollers.
Place the front support of the drawbar on the lifting platform.
Position the switch box on the pick-up plate of the lifting platform and fasten it if necessary.
Lock the drive-up and drive-down ramps.
You can now use the drawbar to carefully lift the front of the lifting platform and move the platform.
Always pay attention to the switch box.
Place the lifting platform in a suitable location.
To park the lifting platform ready for operation, follow the previous steps in reverse order.

Check the ground clearance of the car
Place the vehicle centrally in front of the lifting platform and drive up carefully, observing the load distribution.
Place suitable rubber plates on the lifting platform. Make sure that they are centered under the vehicle's pickup
points.
Switch on the lifting platform using the main switch
Lift the car up to a height of 100-150 mm and stop lifting by releasing the Lift button.
Check if the car is safely on the lift and all pick-up points are in contact.
Then continue the lifting process under observation.
Lowering

Before lowering, check if there are any objects under the car.
Press the Lower button. The lifting platform lowers completely.
Completion

Remove the rubber discs from the lifting platform.
Drive the vehicle off the lifting platform.

The machine may only be operated independently by persons who have reached the age of 18, who have
been instructed in the operation of the machine and who have proven their qualification to the employer.
They must be expressly authorized by the employer to operate the machine. The order to operate the
machine must be given in writing.
