Limpiar el filtro de aceite<br />

Purgar el sistema hidráulico<br />

Sustituir el aceite hidráulico<br />

Comprobar la conexión / comprobar<br />

la tensión de salida del contactor del<br />

motor<br />

Sustituya el contactor<br />

Sustituya los fusibles<br />

Sustituya el cable<br />

ASEGÚRESE SIEMPRE DE UTILIZAR PIEZAS Y ACCESORIOS ORIGINALES.<br />

4.5 Instrucciones de mantenimiento y servicio<br />

Sugerencia<br />

Todos los trabajos de mantenimiento y servicio deben realizarse al menos después de "Plan<br />

de mantenimiento o cuidados" tener lugar<br />

Comprobación del nivel de aceite<br />

1. Bajar completamente la plataforma elevadora<br />

2. Retire el tapón de llenado<br />

3. Compruebe el nivel de aceite en el tapón de llenado<br />

Cambio de aceite<br />

1. Baje completamente la plataforma elevadora<br />

2. Retire el tapón de llenado de aceite<br />

3. Retire con cuidado el tapón de vaciado de aceite y deje que el aceite se vacíe en un recipiente adecuado<br />

Sugerencia<br />

Limpie el depósito y el filtro de aceite para evitar la contaminación prematura del aceite<br />

hidráulico.<br />

4. Una vez vaciado completamente el aceite, cierre el depósito con el tapón de vaciado de aceite<br />

5. Rellene el depósito con aceite nuevo<br />

6. Suba y baje el elevador y compruebe que la altura máxima de elevación sigue siendo correcta<br />
