L'intervalle entre 2 entretiens ne doit pas dépasser 12 mois. En cas d'utilisation non standard ou d'utilisation en plusieurs équipes ou saisonnière, une inspection et un entretien ½ annuel doivent être convenus. Les demandes de garantie ne seront acceptées que si tous les points du protocole et du mode d'emploi ont été respectés, si la demande est faite immédiatement après la découverte et si ce protocole est envoyé au fabricant dans le cadre du protocole d'entretien et, le cas échéant, de service. En outre, les informations spécifiques sur la garantie (étendue, réclamations et spécifications) telles que décrites dans le mode d'emploi doivent être respectées.
