CHEDDAR & BACON SAVOURY CHEESECAKE / เชดดารชีสเคกและเบคอน

Directions วิธีทำ 90 minutes / 90 นาที

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Prepare an 8 inch pie pan.

2. Mix biscuits, parmesan and melted butter together. Press the ingredients into

the pan making 1 cm thick. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.

3. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and slowly add in eggs. Mix well.

Add grated cheddar, sour cream, corn starch, spring onion and fried bacon. Season with salt,

pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Mix well.

4. Add the filling into the pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes then lower

the heat to 170 degrees Celsius. Bake for another 45 minutes or until cooked.

5. Let the cheesecake cool over night. Garnish with grated cheddar, fried bacon and parsley.

Serve with crackers or pack in the box for gifting.

โดยมีความหนาประมาณ 1 ซม. และอบ 10 นาที เพอใหฐานขนมเชตตัว พักไว

3. ตีครีมชีสใหนุมดวยเครองผสม จากนั้นคอยๆใสไขลงไป ตีใหสวนผสมเขากัน ใสเชดดารชีสขูด ครีมเปรี้ยว แปงขาวโพด

และเบคอนทอดกรอบลงไป ปรุงรสดวยเกลือ พริกไทย ผงกระเทียม และผงสโมคปาปรีกา ผสมใหเขากัน

4. เทสวนผสมที่ไดใสลงในพิมพที่กรุไว นำเขาเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิเปน 180 องศา 15 นาที จากนั้นลดอุณหภมิลงที่ 170 องศา

อบตอไปอีก 45 นาที หรือจนตัวขนมเปนสีเหลืองทอง และขนมสุกทั่วถึงกัน

5. พักขนมใหเย็นขามคืน นำออกมาตกแตงหนาดวย เชดดารชีสขูด เบคอนกรอบ และพาสลียสับ โรยใหทั่วหนาขนม

เสิรฟกับแครกเกอร หรือจัดใสกลองสวยงามสำหรับเปนของขวัญในเทศกาลปใหม
