Whether it be at home or at school, identify people that can help you with different tasks. • Can the kids help with chores? • Can someone in your family help with a few hours of childcare? • Can a spouse, roommate or partner help with the cooking? • Can you alternate dropping off the kids at school with another parent (carpooling)?
