Back to school! It’s back to school time for many students. This can cause changes to your routines whether it be a longer commute time or demands from children and family.
Have a plan! • If your half hour commute becomes an hour when many schools start up in August or September that will impact the time you have available for school. • If you have children that may need help with their own homework or have activities, that could also impact your school time. • Create a plan to account for the additional demands on your time. • Be sure to schedule some fun in there too!
