<strong>Growing</strong> <strong>Older</strong>-Sonnet<br />
Will growing older make me much stronger<br />
Or will my body become frail and weak<br />
Will I become wise if I’m here longer<br />
Or will I fade away like an antique<br />
Time keeps on ticking, I can’t make it stop<br />
Whole life’s ahead of me, my mind is not<br />
My life needs way more time, it may just drop<br />
Can I fulfill the lessons I’ve been taught<br />
If it is true that nothing gold can stay<br />
How do music, love and soul still remain<br />
Will my eyes still light up when my hairs gray<br />
Through hard times, will I lose more than I gain<br />
<strong>Growing</strong> older I question but not fear<br />
What scares me is not enjoying each year
