They refer to technical-scientificachievements of transplantation as well as to its legalregulation in Croatia today.A large part of the work is dedicated to transplantation itselfin Croatia, its history and current situation; then the ethical-Christian views of the Catholic Church are given, and also, briefly,the opinions of Christian religions and other religions.In the second part of the article the authors present thebelievers’ views which were reached through the investigationcarried out by MA Pelčić and which could be very useful in pastoralpractice.Key words: transplantation, organ, religion, theology, Christianity
