Radio je od 1995.godine u tvrtki Agenciji Securicom International, a od 1997. godine u tvrtki AKD-ZAŠTITA izZagreba gdje radi i danas na mjestu Direktora Sektora tehničke zaštite. Položio je stručni projektantskiispit i ispit za poslove tehničke zaštite, član je Hrvatske komore inženjera u graditeljstvu, Hrvatskeudruge inženjera, Hrvatskog ceha zaštitara i američkog ASIS-a. Stekao je brojne certifikate oškolovanju za najsuvremenije sustave tehničke zaštite u zemlji i inozemstvu. Redovni je predavač naviše stručnih skupova i seminara za izobrazbu zaštitara i predstavnika banaka, osiguravajućih tvrtki izaštitara. Objavio je brojne stručne članke te knjige “Zaštita i sigurnost financijskih institucija”(koautor), “Suvremeni koncepti i ureñaji zaštite”, “Priručnik za izobrazbu i stručni ispit zaštitara izaštitara-tehničara” (grupa autora) i “Management zaštite i sigurnosti”.BIOGRAPHY OF THE AUTHORDavor Delišimunović B.Sc. E.E.Davor Delišimunović – graduated in Electrical Engineering at faculty in Zagreb. He has worked since1995 in agency Securicom International, since 1997 in AKD-ZAŠTITA from Zagreb where is todayon position of Technical Security Director. He passed the exam for projecting and professionalexamination for technical protection. He is member of the Croatian Chamber of Engineers, theCroatian Association of Engineers, Croatian Security Association and ASIS (American Society forIndustrial Security). He obtained numerous certificates of training for the latest electronic securitysystems in the country and abroad. He is a regular speaker at professional conferences and seminarsfor the training of security officers and representatives of banks, insurance companies and securityguards. He has published numerous professional articles and books, "The protection and security offinancial institutions" (coauthor), "Modern concepts and devices for protection", "Manual for thetraining and exam security and security-technicians" (various authors) and "Management of protectionand security".672M&S 8(2013)
