Picture 8. Group for preparing the projectFor the project realization was created another group. This group is comprised of projectleader (assistant director for prevention and civil emergency preparedness), project coordinator(regional coordinator), supporting team, coordinators of the territorial departments and the lecturingteam (members of Fire and Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesian region and instructors of projectHasík). The project is managing by project coordinator. This coordinator is answerable to projectleader and coordinate activity of the single members of the lecturing team.To the project there is involved 24 members of Fire and Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesianregion as members of the lecture team. This members realize project primarily in nursery andsecondary schools in single territorial departments. The instructors of project Hasík, voluntary firefighters and other volunteers, they educate in “their” primary schools. The instructors that visit theschools where new project is established they were informed about this by special preparation.For single school level (nursery, primary and secondary schools) there is differed to somedegree of the implementation of the preparedness to the concrete threat. Transferring of theinformation is provided by education with presentations.Education in the schools it is designed as follows:• in the nursery schools there is education only for educators in the 3 years period. The trainingof Fire and Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesian region for the verification of the emergencypreparedness in the emergency plans and emergency cards it is used for education of theeducators. The nursery schools takes part in these training. The education is performed by themembers of Fire and Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesian region namely section ofprevention and civil emergency preparedness,• in the primary schools there are information transported by project Hasík that is alreadyrealised. The education in the 6 th classes it is extended about themes of required behaviourduring extraordinary events and emergency situations. This education is provided by currentinstructors of project Hasík. In the case that there is chosen school which has no instructor theinstructors is taken from other school that not belongs to this project. The realised teamprovides the schooling of the instructors,282M&S 8(2013)
