Project phase is made bymonitoring and management. The last phase (terminal) is called as after project. [6]Picture 7. Alternative illustration project phases [6]Project specialization is in the planning phase nowadays (see picture 6). It can be said that isfield of the phase before project (see picture 7).For preparing of the project there were created work group of 6 member of Fire and RescueService of Moravian-Silesian region. This group was preparing single supporting materials undercoordinator that has methodical led the project. The members of this group was:• assistant director for prevention and civil emergency preparedness (project leader),• regional coordinator and supporting team (high management of the project),• coordinators of the territorial departments (low management of the project),• members of Fire and Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesian region,• instructors of project Hasík.M&S 8(2013) 281
