It was necessary to decide ifproject specialization is for preparing schools to extraordinary events and emergency situations whichmeans focus on the educators or to educate pupils and students. Project is focused primarily to pupilsand students. The reason is the fact that information gained by education they can use during wholelife. The only exception there are nursery schools where is educate the educators. The reason is thatchildren in nursery schools they are too young for understanding the educational issues.STRATEGY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTThe results of project Hasík they were taken into consideration during new project formation.Positive results have initiated the enlargement of the education to the others schools (initiation phase).Next measure was the selection of the schools that are put into the project and selection of the personsthat educate the lessons in the chosen schools (planning phase). Nowadays the phase of the projectmanagement and the monitoring phase they are under way. The last project phase is the projecttermination. All project phases they are shown in the picture 6.
