Diplomirala je i magistrirala na Saobraćajnom fakultetu, a doktorirala naFakultetu bezbednosti pri Univerzitetu u Beogradu. Baveći se tematikom sistema bezbednosti ikvaliteta u oblasti aerodroma, a posebno problemima razvoja ljudskih resursa i regulative u ovojoblasti, učestvovala je u realizaciji nekoliko projekata na navedene teme unutar matične organizacije,kao i u sastavu republičkih komisija. Takoñe, bavila se i stručno naučnim radom, objavila devetradova i imala dvanaest izlaganja na domaćim i meñunarodnim konferencijama. Na temu liderstvaobučavana je u Dale Carnegie Int’l. i prisustvovala je meñunarodnoj konferenciji liderstva naaerodromima.BIOGRAPHY OF THE AUTHORAna Juzbašić, Ph.D.She was born in 1980 in Belgrade. She acts as Head of quality management sector at Airport NikolaTesla Belgrade jsc. She graduated and had Master thesis at the Faculty of Transport and TrafficEngineering and PhD at the Faculty of Security Studies at the University of Belgrade. In addressingthe topic of safety and quality systems at airports, in particular the problems of human resources andregulation development in this subject, she participated in several projects within the company, as wellas government commissions member. She also dealt with scientific and professional work, publishednine papers and had twelve presentations at national and international conferences. In the field ofleadership, she has been trained in the Dale Carnegie Int'l. and attended international conference ofairport leadership.M&S 8(2013) 273
