Sudjeluje na smotramaliterarnog, dramsko-scenskog i novinarskog stvaralaštva gdje postiže zavidne rezultate na raziniŽupanije, bavi se glazbom i prva je ženska stalna članica do tada muške postave Limenog glazbenogdruštva „Lipa” Tuhelj u čijem radu sudjeluje 10 godina. Radno iskustvo stječe od 2002. godine uAgenciji za komercijalnu djelatnost na radnim mjestima: kadrovski referent, referent prodaje isamostalni knjigovoña. 2011. godine završava VERN' - University of Applied Sciences. Tijekomstudija bavi se korekturom poslovnih knjiga iz područja prodaje i menadžmenta. Po završetku studijabrani rad na temu: „Nedostaci interne komunikacije kao pretpostavka mobinga“ koji postaje temelj zasudjelovanje u suautorstvu rada na znanstveno-stručnoj konferenciji s meñunarodnim sudjelovanjemna temu Upravljanje ljudskim resursima i sigurnost. 2012. godine upisuje specijalistički diplomskistručni studij na Visokoj poslovnoj školi Libertas gdje sudjeluje u vježbama i asistira u nastavi.Nastavlja sa pisanjem radova na tematiku iz područja menadžmenta, upravljanja i sigurnosti.BIOGRAPHY OF THE FIRST AUTHORPrimary education is completed in the Croatian Zagorje in Tuhelj where she lived until age 18, by thetime she finished High School of Economics in Zabok. She participated and achieved remarkableresults in literature, drama and journalism competitions at the county level. She is involved in musictoo, and she is the first female permanent member in Brass Music Band "Lipa" Tuhelj, for the last 10years. Work experience is gaining since year 2002 in Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost, working asthe personnel clerk, sales clerk and independent accountant. In the year 2011 she graduated fromVERN'- University of Applied Sciences. During the study she was engaged in the correction ofbusiness books regarding sales and management field. She graduated with thesis on "Disadvantages ofinternal communication as a assumption of mobbing" which became the basis for the participation ofthe coauthors of the scientific and professional conference with international participation on HumanResource Management and security.
