D. (in Business) is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics andBusiness, Department of Organization and Informatics, University of Maribor (Slovenia). His mainresearch interests are management, transitional issues and innovativeness. Recently, he examined theimpact of managerial personal values on their working and behavior in context of former transitionalcountries. He has presented his papers at various international scientific conferences. Altogether he haspublished over 40 texts, among them several scientific papers and some professional papers. He is alsoa member of many scientific committees at several international conferences. He has also beeninvolved in several international projects.
