Results reveals that most important selection criterion among employees isbusiness criterion, followed by financial, technical, expert recommendations, content and specialknowledge. We can see that 43 Slovenians nominated business criterion as most important forselection management tools. Remain results could be interpreted in the same manner.Table 5.
