Mosttentatively is evident, that employees are familiar with well know tools, even though they may not useit due to its nature or designation to use in specific situation. Furthermore, employees are less familiarwith newer management tools.Future use of management toolsNext we turn our attention to the future outlook about management tools use. We thus examineselected important viewpoints of future usage of management tools in organizations:− the need for management tools in organization,− duration of using management tools in organization,− criterions for selecting management tools,− usage of management tools in organization’s departments,− improvements in organizations due to the use of management tools, and− the need for education about management tools in organization.Aggregate results are presented in subsequent tables.Table 2.
