Razmejitve oku`b gostiteljskihrastlin v prostoru so prikazane na kartah in so podlaga za uradne ukrepe v predpisih in odlo~bah od leta 2001dalje. Ob izbruhu bakterije v letu 2003 je bilo potrebno zaradi hitre obdelave podatkov o tem karantenskemorganizmu pristopiti k sprotni prostorski obdelavi zbranih podatkov z orodji GIS. Obmo~ja so razmejenas pomo~jo podatkov prostorskih enot, centralnih registrov in registrov MKGP. Za zagotovitev nadzora inupravljanja izbruhov hru{evega o`iga je bila v letu 2003 zasnovana aplikacija FITO-nadzor.KLJU^NE BESEDEGIS, obmo~ja nadzora, Erwinia amylovora, fitosanitarni ukrepi, prostorski podatkiABSTRACTManagement with GIS tools in order to delineate harmful organisms, on the example of ErwiniaamylovoraSpecial control of Erwinia amylovora in Slovenia has been carried out as from 1998 on the basis of spatiallylocated monitoring points. Spatial delimitations of infection of host plants have been indicated onmaps and since 2001 represent the basis for carrying out official measures in national legislation and decisions.Because of quarantine status of this harmful organisms, an outbreak of bacteria in 2003 acceleratedthe use of GIS tools for spatially handling of collected data. Delimitation of areas is based on spatial data,central registers and registries maintained by the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and food.
