Višegodišnjom eksploatacijom otkopan je znatan dio rezervi rude. U situaciji kada nema prirasta rezervi, jerje boksitonosni prostor detaljno i potpunosti istraţen, planovi i koncepcije Kompanije zasnivaju se na tome da seraspoloţive rezerve rude, kao neobnovljivi prirodni resurs, racionalno i u potpunosti otkopaju, a da se iskorištenavrednost tog resursa pretaĉe u druga trajna dobra, što je omogućilo razvoj i drugih kompatibilnih grana i za trţišteinteresantnih djelatnosti kao što su transport, graĊevinarstvo, elektro-mašinstvo, proizvodnja hrane i dr., a što sveskupa obezbjeĊuje trţišnu i poslovnu stabilnost Kompanije. Kvalitet rude, kao dominantan faktor trţišne vrednosti, jepromjenjiv i po lokalitetima i unutar pojedinih leţišta. Vanbilansne rezerve, koje same po sebi ne zadovoljavajuuslove trţišta, otkopavaju se i pripremaju po tehnološkom reţimu koji omogućava da se one, uz bilansne rezerve,prevode u robu boljeg kvaliteta i na taj naĉin trţišno i ekonomski iskoriste. Na ovakav naĉin postiţe se potpunijeiskorištenje dostupnih rezervi kao eksploatacionih, ostvaruje je maksimalni prihod i dobit od prodate rude, a krozpovećanje koliĉina prodate rude produţava se vijek rudarske proizvodnje. Ovakvim radom dosadašnje iskorišćenjegeoloških rudnih rezervi je preko 70%, a ukoliko se promjene trţišni i tehnološki uslovi prerade rude lošijeg kvalitetau aluminijumskoj industriji i drugim primjenama, iskorišćenje rude moţe se još povećati.Kljuĉne rijeĉi: ruda boksita, rezerve, kvalitet, leţište, iskorištenje, površinski kop, jama, homogenizacija,koncepcije, projektiABSTRACTThe company ―Boksit‖ Milici for more than fifty years of existence was and still is the biggest European producer ofbauxite ore. In the situation wherethere is no increase of the reserves, because the Bauxite area is thoroughly and completely investigated, the plans andconcepts of the Company are to rationally and fully excavate the ore of bauxite, as well as non-renewable naturalresources, , and that exploited value of that resource is transformed in some other lasting goods. which alloweddevelopment of other compatible branches and for market interesting industries such as transportation, construction,electro-mechanical engeneering, food production etc., and all of that provides market and business stability ofCompany. The quality of ore, as the dominant factor in market value, and is variable by location and within thereservoir. Balance reserves, which by themselves do not meet the requirements of the market, dug up and preparedby the technological regime that allows that those, with its balance reserves, translate into better quality goods andthus take the economic advantage on the market. In this way achieves the full utilization of the available reserves asexploitation, achieves the maximum revenue and profits from the sale of ore, and increasing the amount of ore,extends the life of mine production.
