SOCIAL WELFAREPupil hostel for primary and secondary schools isan institution which provides accommodation, food andeducation for pupils who are studying outside their residence.Student Hostels provide food and accommodation forstudents of higher education institutions, faculties and artacademies during the studies.Social welfare beneficiary is a person who used certainforms and measures of social welfare and social welfareservices once or several times during the observed year.The users of social protection are divided into minors andadults.Institution for children and youth (institutions for childrenand youth deprived of parental care, institutions forphysically disabled children and youth and institutions forneglected children and youth) provide accommodation,food, health protection, education and vocational trainingfor children and youth who need such form of protection.67
