It can be positive (number of life born isgreater than dead), negative (number of live born lower than dead) or zero(number of live born is equal to dead).Death rate (mortality) or general mortality rate represent the number of deadin certain period of time divided to average number of population in that periodof time. As 2011 is the Census year these data on the number of populationare used. Annual or average annual mortality rate is calculated, expressed inpromille (on 1 000 habitants).Life expectancy of male/female shows the average age that a live born babywill experience in the observed year.Mortality rate of babies represents the number of dead babies younger thanone year on 1 000 live born babies in observed year.31
