Owing to the fast expansion ofproviding workers via agencies in Slovenia, I also analysed the agencies that provideplacement service to other users and temporary employment through the agencies forwork placement in Germany.From the research based on the analysis of the provisions of the laws that was conductedin this master’s thesis, there are ascertain changes and completions which contribute to abetter flexibility of labour relations. From data about using temporary contracs, with parttimeworking and working through agencies in practice and comparison with EuropeanUnion it is determined, that legal rules, which ensure these forms of employment, are notbeing performed properly. Based on the legal analysis of full-time work and part-timeworking in the Federal Republic of Germany, there are established flexible forms of workthat would also be suitable for Slovenia. Regarding regulation of temporary empleymentare presented changes and the solutions of some Member States.Key words: employment contract, flexible employment, special contracts, flexicurity,employment relationship, termination of employment contract, working time.viii
