Hrvat. film. ljeto, Zagreb / god 9 (<strong>2003</strong>), br. <strong>34</strong>, str. 221 do 228 Sa`eci / Abstractsma hrvatskog filma nisu donijele posebno originalan izbortema, i dalje prete`ito ustrajavaju}i na socijalnoj preokupaciji,osobito u dokumentarcima. Prikazano je pet srednjometra`nihi dvanaest kratkometra`nih dokumentaraca, dvadeseti {est namjenskih filmova te {esnaest glazbenih spotova,deset animiranih filmova, trinaest eksperimentalaca te trinaestigranih (dvanaest kratkometra`nih i jedan srednjemetra`ni)filmova, no bez pravoga kreativnog naboja. Ipak, stanovit(iako polagan) napredak u hrvatskoj se kinematografiji inadalje osje}a te je o~ito da ona, dodu{e sitnim korakom,ipak grabi u bolju budu}nostDario Markovi}Prostor jedne minute: Po`ega <strong>2003</strong>UDK: 791.44.077(497.5)”2002”061.7(497.5 Po`ega):791.44.077”<strong>2003</strong>”^ini se da 60 sekundi, valjda zbog relativne kratko}e, autorenaj~e{}e podsje}a na vic. Od 49 filmova koji su i{li u konkurencijuza nagrade, ~ak njih 20 zasniva svoju poetiku nanekoj neo~ekivanoj poenti, koja bi trebala biti ili jest humorna,neovisno o tome kojem filmskom rodu film pripada:igranom ili animiranom. Ta su dva filmska roda gotovo doslovnobila jedina na ovogodi{njoj Reviji, uz nekoliko eksperimentalnih,u broju, ne u kvaliteti, zanemarivih filmova.Pri~a uvijek ima po~etak, sredinu i kraj, pa film mora bitisra~unat na dobar kraj, na poentu. No, dobra poenta nijesamo stvar ’sadr`aja’. Ona je ponajprije stvar dobre pripreme,pa je u jednominutnom filmu, mo`da vi{e nego u BenHuru, va`na dramaturgija i re`ija. No, pored gomile vic-filmova,Po`e{ka revija uvijek je bila i mjesto odli~nih nenarativnihostvarenja, osobito onih koje u naj{irem smislu togpojma nazivamo eksperimentalnim ili avangardnim filmovima,npr. filmovi Valentine Ore{i}, Sergeya Stefanovicha iMladena Buri}a.REPERTOARRubrika donosi kritike cjelokupnog kino repertoara te izboravideo i dvd premijera.Autorica @eljka Matija{evi} osvr}e se na djelo me|unarodnoutjecajna slovenskog filozofa Slavoja @i`eka Sublimniobjekt ideologije u povodu njegova hrvatskog prijevoda.Razmatra pritom temeljne odrednice @i`ekova cjelokupnogopusa, tek zapo~ete tom klju~nom i ~esto komentiranomknjigom. Rije~ je o pothvatu populariziranja ne samo Laca-224ven’t given a particularly original choice of topics at 12 thDays of Croatian Cinema, insisting on social themes and especiallydocumentaries. Five mid-length and twelve shortdocumentaries were screened, together with twenty-sixcommercials and sixteen video clips, ten animated films,thirteen experimental films, and thirteen feature films (twelveshort films and one mid-length), but all lacking a real creativetension. No less thantwenty, out of 49 films which competed for the awards, basetheir poetics on an unexpected point which is, or should behumorous, not depending on the genre the film belongs to:feature or animated. These two genres were literally theonly genres present at this year Festival, together with a fewexperimental films, disregarded because of their small number,not low quality. A story always has the beginning, themiddle and the end, so the film has to be focused on a goodending, a point it makes. Nevertheless, a good point is not amatter of ’content’. It is in the first place, a result of detailedpreparation, so in a one-minute film dramaturgy and directingare very important, maybe even more so than in BenHur.
