AbstraktPřípravek Mineralpony ® Baby Specialbyl testován v hřebčíně Napajedla na 85hříbatech v průběhu tří let. První testovanýročník, ročník 2007, dostával přípravkyod odstavu, ročník 2008 od prenatálníhostavu stejně jako ročník 2009. Porovnávalse ročník 2007 s ročníkem 2008 a dále prokontrolu ještě ročník 2007 s ročníkem 2009.Hříbatům byly v pravidelných intervalechodebírány krevní vzorky a po vyhodnoceníhematologicko – biochemických ukazatelůbylo možno upravit přípravek dle momentálníchpožadavků hříběte. Hlavním cílemstudie bylo minimalizovat možnost vznikuDOD (Developmental Orthopedic Disease)– vývojových ortopedických onemocnění.Dále byly hříbatům měřeny holeně ve věku18 měsíců a vybraná hříbata byla podrobenaRTG vyšetření na osteochondrózuvybraných kloubů.Jak jsme očekávali, potvrdil se námpředpoklad o vhodnosti suplementace jižbřezích klisen. Skupiny, které byly suplementoványjiž od prenatálního stavu, vykazovalylepší výsledky než skupina, kterádostávala přípravky až od odstavu. Krevníukazatele byly u skupin prenatálně suplementovanýchvyrovnanější, u ukazatele Cav porovnání ročníku 2007 a 2008 jsmezjistili statisticky významné rozdíly nahladině významnosti α = 0,05. U této hodnotyv porovnání ročníků 2007 a 2009byly zjištěny statisticky významné rozdílyna hladině významnosti α = 0,01. Dále jsmepak zjistili statisticky významné statistickérozdíly na hladině významnosti α = 0,01všech skupin (2007 a 2008, 2007 a 2009)u P a poměru Ca a P. U ostatních prvkůjsme nezjistili statisticky významné rozdíly,nicméně spočítané průměry prvků v krvibyly příznivější u ročníků 2008 i 2009, tedyhříbat suplementovaných od prenatálníhostavu.Obvody holení byly u ročníků 2008a 2009 nadprůměrné. The animals in the first testedage group, year 2007, were fed the preparationsfrom the time of weaning onwards,the age groups of 2008 and 2009 fromthe prenatal period onwards. I comparedthe groups of 2007 and 2008, then 2007and 2009 for verification. Blood sampleswere collected from the foals at regularintervals. After the assessment of hematologicaland biochemical indexes it waspossible to modify the preparation accordingto the current needs of the particularfoal. The aim of this study was to minimizethe possibility of occurence of DOD(Developmental Orthopedic Disease).Furthermore, the foals‘ tibias were measuredat the age of 18 months, and chosenfoals underwent an X-ray examination forosteochondrosis of selected joints.As we expected, our premise that it issuitable to supplement pregnant mareswas validated. The groups which weresupplemented from the prenatal periodshowed better results than the group supplementedfrom weaning. Blood indexeswere more balanced in the prenatally supplementedgroups. When we comparedthe groups of 2007 and 2008 we foundstatistically significant differences in theCa index at the significance level of α =0,05. In the comparison of the groups of2007 and 2008 and the groups of 2007 and2009 we found statistically significant differencesat the significance level of α = 0,01in Ca, P and in the Ca and P ratio. In theother elements we did not find any statisticallysignificant differences. However, thecalculated averages of element levels in theblood were more favourable in the groupsof 2008 and 2009, which means the foalssupplemented from the prenatal period.The perimeters of the tibias in theprenatally supplemented foals were overaveragein the groups 2008 and 2009. Theaverage value given for 18-month-old foalsis 19 cm, the value we measured in thegroup of 2007 was 18,85 cm, in the groupof 2008 19,54 cm and in the group of 2009the perimeter was 19,46 cm.
