-2-(b) Personnel not completing minimum station criteria may also givetheir choice of stations if desired. Choices given by the individual maybe considered subsequently as per service requirement.(c) Nil choice given by the EP on completing minimum / maximumstation criteria shall be interpreted as, the individual is ready toserve at any station.(d) The choice of station for the personnel having specialisedqualification may be given preference only with respect to theirspecialisation / area of employability.(e) Encourage EPs to choose the stations from Regionswhere they have never served.(f) Encourage personnel from aviation cadre to opt for choices ofDaman and Porbandar view very few choices were received duringBT-2013, whereas CG Public School and Kendriya Vidyalaya respectivelyare available at these stations.(g) Encourage unmarried/married personnel not keeping family atplace of duty to volunteer for posting to super hard / hard / island/remote stations.(h) Choice of station for the personnel serving in super hard stationas per their choice or proceeding to super hard station as per theirchoice will NOT be considered for back to the previous station orinter-island in normal circumstances.(j) Choices of Enrolled Personnel in medical category S1A1 only willbe considered for transfer to remote stations as per policy in vogue.Personnel in medical category of S2A2 will be considered for posting athard station as per individual’s medical restrictions.(k) The Enrolled Personnel having physically handicapped, mentallyretarded and spastic children must forward details alongwith validdocumentary proof duly vetted through RMO for updating records andfuture reference to avoid transfer to a place where the required facilitiesfor treatment/education are not available.(l) In case of mutual transfer, a willingness certificate be obtainedand forwarded to Bureau from both the individuals. However, ifpersonnel are desirous for mutual transfer and have already served atthe desired stations more than once / back to back, names should notbe forwarded for consideration.Contd…3/-
