UVODINTRODUCTIONStatistični pregled je rezultat spremljanjapodatkov o obrti v Obrtni zbornici Slovenije,ki vodi obrtni register od 6. 3. 1995. Pretežnidel statističnega pregleda predstavljajo po -datki o obsegu in strukturi obrtnih obratovna podlagi obrtnega registra na dan 31. 12.2006.V drugem delu sledijo podatki o številuzaposlenih delavcev v obrtnih obratih, ki soocenjeni na podlagi podatkov Zavoda zazdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije; podateko zaposlenih delavcih pri vodenju obrtnegaregistra namreč ni zakonsko predpisan inobvezen.V tretjem delu je prikazan razvoj obrti zvidika rasti števila obrtnih obratov, in sicer leod 6. 3. 1995 zaradi neprimerljivosti s po -datki iz preteklih let. Vzroka sta dva: spre -memba obrtne zakonodaje v letu 1994 in1995 in sprememba klasifikacije dejav nosti,pri čemer se nova standardna klasifikacijadejavnosti (SKD) bistveno razli kuje odenotne klasifikacije dejavnosti iz leta 1976.Statistiko obrtnega registra dopolnjuje v če -trtem delu pregled nekaterih področij po -klicnega in strokovnega izobraževanja inus po sabljanja. Poleg podatkov o vajencih vsistemu dualnega poklicnega izobraževanjain o mojstrskih izpitih so prikazani tudi po -datki skladov za izobraževanje delavcev prisamostojnih podjetnikih, ki delujejo zaizbolj šanje izobrazbene strukture zaposlenihpri samostojnih podjetnikih in pridobivanjeznanj, ki jih narekujeta razvoj tehnologije intrg dela.Statističnemu pregledu smo dodali nekaj os -nov nih podatkov o poslovanju obrti in slo -ven skega malega gospodarstva na podlagipodatkov letnih poročil za leto 2006. There aretwo reasons for that: change of craft legis -lation in 1994 and 1995 and secondly,change of classification of activities, where -by the new Standard Classification ofActivities (SKD) differs from the unified clas -sification from 1976 a great deal.The statistics of craft register is in fourthpart supplemented by an overview of someareas of vocational and professional educa -tion and training. Beside the data onapprentices within the dual system ofvocational training and master exams, thereare also some data on funds for education ofemployees at independent entrepreneursshown. These funds are active with the aimto improve educational structures of emplo -yees at independent entrepreneurs and togain knowledges being dictated by thedevelopment of technology and labourmarket.4 Obrt v številkah 2007
