AGRICULTURAL LAND CHANGE IN TIMEPERIOD 1990-2000 YEAR IN SERBIASlaviša Popović, Miroljub Mitić, Jovana DžoljićSerbian Enviromental Protection AgencyAbstract: Agricultural land change in time period 1990-2000 yearin SerbiaIt this aricle, it has been analised artifical and farmland in Srebia,defined by Corine Land Cover methodology, for time period 1990-2000 year. Analised classes include class of Discontinuous UrbanFabric area, class of Industrial or Commercial surface, class ofMineral extraction sites, Dump class and class of Construction sites.It has been discussed about their size and rising or declining trendsof their area.As a result, it has been notised, the trend of declining farmland areaon account of artificial area. In time frame 1990-2000 year, increaseof artificial area in Srebia reaching for 3783 ha. The most of it,results from degradation Non-irrigated arable land (2140 ha). Thearea of artificial land, increases 1141 ha by degradation of Complexcultivation surface, while degradation of Land principally occupiedby agriculture with areas of natural vegetation contribute to it with502 ha.At the same time, it has been notised succession of Artificial land toTransitional woodland shrub, representing growing area of 530 ha.Key words: Agricultural land/ Artificial land/ Corine Land Cove/DegradationUVODZemljišta Republike Srbije su veoma heterogena, nastala su kaorezultat različitosti geološke podloge, klime, vegetacije i pedofaune.U cilju očuvanja diverziteta u okviru integralnog sistema zaštiteživotne sredine prati se stanje i način korišćenja zemljišta, iidentifikuju se osetljiva i opterećena područja.~ 70 ~
