evaluated as low. Only in case of potassium we may say about hissufficient supply after applying microbiological conditioner.2.2. Microbiological analyses of samples after applying soilconditionersTable 3 gives under heading CO 2 (R) results of soil respirationsin samples only with 1-day pre-incubation. It means that the amountof released CO 2 represents a respiration of, especially very easilydecomposable, forms of soil organic compounds. It is so calledreactive respiration of soil. Under heading CO 2 (B) there are resultsof respiration in soil samples pre-incubated for 5 days. During thatperiod respiration of easily decomposable forms of soil organicmatter occurred and therefore the measured data were markedlylower than the ones for the samples pre-incubated only 1 day.Regarding the effect of applied preparations it follows from thecomparison of control variant and BactoFil B variant that onexperimental plot “Oščadnica II“ in the soil with added BactoFil Bpreparation the soil respiration was not affected positively. On thecontrary, in the samples marked as “Oščadnica IV pod porastom” wecould observe in comparison with control variant a markedstimulation of the respiration, mainly CO 2 (R) due to the effect ofBactoFil B and BactoFil A. Added Teralyt Plus has not affected theproduction of CO 2 .Respiration capability of soil treated by hydrogel slightlyincreased in comparison with control on experimental plot “ČadečkaI“. Slight increase of CO 2 (R) could be observed also in the soil withadded liquid BactoFil.It follows from table 3 also that on all evaluated sites incomparison with control the application of BactoFil B conditioned acertain increase of the values of G: B and NG: B ratios, whatindicates a reduction of easily decomposable organic compounds, and tendency of positive development of qualitative parameters ofhumus. It is similar for the effect of hydrogel and liquid BactoFil onsite “Čadečka I”.Release of nitrogen from organic compounds occurs in soilthrough a broad spectrum of ammonification microflora, which playsa decisive role in the nutrition of plants. For this process ratio C: N isimportant in decomposing organic compounds. In general, it is valid~ 266 ~
