OD OLIMPA DO OLIMPA
Toyota u hrvatskoj olimpijskoj
obitelji
Pristup u članstvo hrvatske
olimpijske marketinške
obitelji na četiri je godine
potpisala 25. veljače 2013.
tvrtka Toyota, ovlašteni
prodavatelj i serviser vozila
japanskih marki automobila
Toyota i Lexus, sa sjedištem
u Zagrebu. Njihova će uloga
biti potpora hrvatskim športašima
na poglavito međunarodnim
nastupima sljedećih
Zlatko Mateša, Dino Brekalo i Josip Čop
nekoliko godina - od Mediteranskih igara u Mersinu u srpnju ove
godine, do Olimpijskih igara u Riju 2016.
Japanska tvrtka Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) jedna je od vodećih
kompanija u području održive mobilnosti, razvoju laganih tehnologija
u automobilskoj industrija te niza drugih područja tzv. zelene
tehnologije. Toyota dolazi iz zemlje s kojom HOO, unatoč znatnoj
zemljopisnoj distanci, ima izvanredne prijateljske odnose s nacionalnim
olimpijskim odborom s kojim je 2010. potpisao ugovor o
suradnji. Potpora Tokiju u kandidaturi za OI (gradu koji je 1964. bio
domaćin olimpijskim igrama i koji to ponovno želi biti 2020.), dio je
poticaja učinkovitog prijateljskog odnosa dvaju olimpijskih odbora.
Ugovor su potpisali u nazočnosti predsjednika HOO-a Zlatka
Mateše, pomoćnika glavnog tajnika za marketing Ranka Ćetkovića,
te predstavnika brojnih medija, glavni tajnik Hrvatskog olimpijskog
odbora (HOO) Josip Čop i direktor Toyote Dino Brekalo.
Toyota in Croatian Olympic family
On February 25 th the company Toyota, authorized
seller and provider of car maintenance services for
Japanese cars Toyota and Lexus, headquartered
in Zagreb, became a member of the Croatian
Olympic marketing family by signing a four years
agreement. Its role will be to support the Croatian
athletes, especially at the international events in
the next couple of years - from the Mediterranean
Games in Mersin in July this year up to the
Olympic Games in Rio in 2016.
The Japanese company Toyota Motor Corporation
(TMC) is one of the leading companies in the
field of sustainable mobility, development of
lightweight technology in the automotive industry
and many other fields of the so-called green technology.
Toyota comes from a country with which the COC, despite
of considerable geographical distance, has excellent friendly
relations, especially with its National Olympic committee,
what proves also the cooperation agreement signed in 2010.
Supporting Tokyo's bid for the Olympics (city-host of the
Olympics 1964 that wishes to be re-elected for the Olympics
2020) is part of an effective encouragement of friendly
relations between the two Olympic committees.
The agreement was signed by the Secretary General of
the Croatian Olympic Committee (COC) Josip Cop and
Director of Toyota Dino Brekalo, in the presence of COC
President Zlatko Matesa, Assistant to the Secretary General
for Marketing Ranko Cetkovic and representatives of
numerous media.
