Čop, potvrdili nastavak višegodišnje suradnje do završetka
Olimpijskih igara u Rio de Janeiru 2016. godine.
- Naša suradnja treba rezultirati time da športskoj javnosti
u zemlji i inozemstvu budu dostupni ne samo športski rezultati,
nego i što više informacija o aktivnostima Hrvatskog i
Međunarodnog olimpijskog odbora - naglasila je ravnateljica
Hine, dok je predsjednik HOO-a Zlatko Mateša istaknuo kako
se Hina pokazala izvanrednim partnerom u praćenju brojnih
projekata HOO-a.
- Tu ne mislim samo na izvanrednu suradnju na praćenju
Olimpijskih igara u Londonu, nego i Olimpijskih igara mladih,
Mediteranskih igara, Festivala mladeži te praćenja svih drugih
aktivnosti HOO-a u zemlji i inozemstvu - kazao je Mateša.
Svečanom potpisivanju ugovora nazočili su urednik športske
redakcije Hine Ante Drpić, voditeljica odjela za informiranje
i izdavaštvo HOO-a Radica Jurkin te predstavnica HOO-a
za odnose s javnošću Manuela Sentđerđi.

Aspira’s first generation of professional graduate program of
sports management
After the successful presentation of its new program in Zadar, Dubrovnik,
Zagreb, Rijeka and Split, the University college for sports management
Aspira (www.aspira.hr) headquartered in Split, enrolled in March 2013 the
first generation of one and only professional graduate program of sports
management in Croatia.
Graduates of this course acquire, according to the Bologna process 120
ECTS credits and the title of of professional sports management specialist
(official title: Ec.S.). This is an area that deals with sports marketing, facility
management, organization and management of sports events, supervision and
financial management, sponsorship in sports, public relations, sports law, etc.
Otherwise, according to the agreement with COC in 2010, Aspira provides
specific benefits to the categorized athletes and sports officials from all over the
Croatia, and one of them is a discount on school fee. Many famous persons,
such as the athlete Blanka Vlasic, skier Sofija Novoselic, taekwondoists Ana
and Lucija Zaninovic, yachtswoman Tina Mihelic, athlete Ivana Brkljacic,
gymnast Mario Moznik, rower Martin Sinkovic, table tennis player Sandra
Paovic, basketball player Nikola Vujcic, manager of the national football
team Igor Stimac and many more, attend the study of sports management at
Aspira.
With the permission of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports
and recognized public right, Aspira is the first institution in Croatia
primarily focused on education of athletes, with the goal of international
competitiveness, encouraging the mobility of students, application of high
technological achievements in education, starting the studies in English
language, developing multicultural environment and a number of other goals,
all in favor of symbiosis of sports and economy.
Special recognition given to the service Sports Croatia
On February 18 th , the Croatian Sports Journalists Association (www.hzsn.hr)
organized at the Novinarski dom (Journalist home) in Zagreb the selection of
the best sports journalists, reporters, publicists, and other titles in media and
communications in 2012.
Srdan Fabijanac, longtime chronicler of Split and Croatian sports from
Hrvatski radio, was proclaimed the best sports journalist, while the
recognition for broadcast journalism went to the young journalist from the
Sports Television, host of the TV show "Paralympic", Iva Milanovic-Litre.
Award for local journalism was presented to the journalist from Radio
Dalmacija Marin Mrduljas. Blaz Duplancic, author of the comprehensive
book about football - "1950 – the year of Torcida and Hajduk" – was awarded
for authorship in publishing.
Award for the best-organized press service went to Igor Jagic, PR of the
basketball club Cedevita. The best water polo coach in the world Ratko Rudic,
also the Manager of the golden water polo team at London Olympics, received
HZNS’s special award for cooperation with the media.
HZSN’s special recognition went to the co-authors of the COC news service
project Sports Croatia (www.hoo.hr), Radica Jurkin and Zeljko Erceg.
In the presence of many notable persons of Croatian sports, politics and
journalism, HZSN awards and recognitions were presented to the winners by
the Minister and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Science, Education and
Sports Zeljko Jovanovic and Peter Skansi, President and Secretary General
of the Croatian Olympic Committee Zlatko Matesa and Josip Cop, President
of the Croatian Journalists' Association Zdenko Duka and President of the
Croatian Association of Sports Journalists Jura Ozmec.
Before the awarding ceremony, the session of the HZSN Parliament took place,
with Jura Ozmec as its chairman. The session emphasized serious problems
that bother the sports journalism; from dismissals, reducing labor rights up to
recovery of outstanding debts.
