■ Adekvátní zavádění nemléčných porcí
(tj. nejdříve od konce 4.měsíce věku,
spíše až od konce 6.měsíce věku) s dostatkem

■ Speciální režim pro kojence se zvýšeným
rizikem potravinové alergie (jeden
rodič nebo sourozenec s manifestovanou
alergií), tj. výživa kojením, pokud nelze,
tak hypoalergenními formulemi, zavádění
nemléčných příkrmů až po 6.měsíci.
Bez podávání neupraveného kravského
mléka, vajec, ryb do konce 1. roku života.
Terapie alergie na bílkovinu kravského
mléka eliminační dietou s extenzivními
hydrolyzáty (5).
■ Adekvátní léčba akutních průjmových
onemocnění orálnímí rehydratačními
roztoky , event. s podáním probiotik
k rychlejší reparaci střevní flóry ve smyslu
obnovení bifidobakteriální dominance
a prevence laktózové intolerance (7).
Probiotická intervence má i preventivní
účinek na výskyt průjmových onemocnění
(15, 18).
■ Probiotická intervence k úpravě
střevní flóry po nutné terapii antibiotiky
(20).
