Je to především otázka aplikace vhodných druhů zdravotní výchovy od individuální,
realizovanou zejména praktickými lékaři, přes komunitní až po celoplošnou. Stranou by
nemělo zůstat ani průběžné doškolování lékařů, především lékařů praktických.
