PRU_ITMS_PORTAL_PO_2007-2013 Zmeny na Ţiadosti o nenávratný finančný príspevok po dátume zavedenia meny Euro. 1. Po dátume zavedenia meny euro nebude moţné vytvoriť ani odoslať ŢoNFP, ktorá je v mene SKK. 2. Všetky ŢoNFP vytvorené po dátume zavedenia meny euro budú jedine v mene euro, teda mena ŢoNFP uţ nebude závislá na výbere programovej štruktúry. 3. Po dátume zavedenia meny euro pribudne pouţívateľovi moţnosť vytvoriť eurovú kópiu korunovej ŢoNFP. Viac informácií sa nachádza v kapitole Zmena ŢoNFP. 4. Po dátume zavedenia meny euro zostane vzhľad formulára ŢoNFP nezmenený. 5. Na zozname ŢoNFP sa pouţívateľovi budú zobrazovať názov korunovej ŢoNFP s prefixom "SKK - ". Ak na korunovej ŢoNFP existuje vytvorená eurová kópia, potom sa bude zobrazovať názov ŢoNFP v zloţení prefix "SKK - " a zároveň kód ŢoNFP, ktorá vznikla ako eurová kópia ku korunovej ŢoNFP a zároveň názov ŢoNFP. Pri eurovej ŢoNFP sa bude zobrazovať iba názov ŢoNFP. Ţiadatelia a uţívatelia Vo verejnej časti aplikácie ITMS II Portál môţe ŢoNFP evidovať fyzická osoba, ktorá v mene ţiadateľa podala Ţiadosť o aktiváciu konta, bolo jej pridelené pouţívateľské meno a heslo a bola jej vygenerovaná grid karta. Týmto sa fyzická osoba stane pouţívateľom verejnej časti aplikácie ITMS II Portál. Pouţívateľ je priradený práve jednému ţiadateľovi, v ktorého mene vytvára a posiela ŢoNFP. Priradenie pouţívateľa k ţiadateľovi je identifikované na základe prihlasovacieho mena pouţívateľa. V prípade, ţe jeden pouţívateľ má úmysel vytvárať a posielať ŢoNFP pre viacerých ţiadateľov, je potrebné poţiadať o vytvorenie pouţívateľského účtu pre kaţdého ţiadateľa zvlášť. Predkladanie a registrácia ŢoNFP Po odoslaní vyplnenej ŢoNFP z verejnej časti aplikácie ITMS II Portál na riadiaci orgán je ŢoNFP posunutá do ďalšieho administratívneho a hodnotiaceho procesu, pričom najskôr prebieha kontrola formálnej a následne odbornej stránky projektu. (Pri niektorých projektoch prebieha formálna kontrola za účasti ţiadateľa priamo pri odovzdávaní projektu.) Verejná časť aplikácie ITMS II Portál umoţňuje ţiadateľom vyplnenie formulára ŢoNFP, kontrolu splnenia formálnych kritérií a následné odoslanie ŢoNFP na riadiaci orgán.
