Quotations will be received on the closing dates and times shown, must be enclosed in separate sealed envelopes bearing the
applicable quotation heading and reference number, as well as the closing time and due date and must be addressed to the
Executive Director: Supply Chain Management, Pretoria, 0001, and must be placed in the tender box situated at the
Procurement Advice Centre at the entrance of C de Wet Centre, 175 Es’kia Mphahlele Drive, Pretoria West, 0183. Quotations
will be closed and opened at the latter address at the time indicated.
The specifications and quotation forms will be obtainable from the Executive Director: Supply Chain Management, Procurement
Advice Centre (at the entrance of C de Wet Centre), 175 Es’kia Mphahlele Drive, Pretoria West, 0183, on receipt of a nonrefundable
deposit of R35,00 (including VAT). (Only cash or bank-guaranteed cheques will be accepted.) Or access the City of
Tshwane website (www.tshwane.gov.za) to download a copy free of charge.
The quotations will be evaluated on the basis of points awarded for price and BBBEE status level contribution. The 80/20
preferential point system will be applied to the quotations.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to accept a quotation as a
whole or in part. Quotations must remain valid for a period of 30 days after the closing date.
