žnost avtoimunske patogeneze. Kombinacija različnih<br />

kazalcev, ki opredeljujejo sistemsko in organsko-specifično<br />

avtoimunost, potrjuje prisotnost avtoagresivnih<br />

procesov pri nekaterih bolnicah. Hkrati pa se kaže tudi<br />

potreba, da bi našli zanesljiv in preprost diagnostični<br />

postopek, da bi ugotovili resnično prevalenco avtoimunske<br />

etiologije ovarijske bolezni.<br />
