DRUGI DIO – PREGLED PO ŽUPANIJAMA Pregled po županijama sadržava agregirane podatke o utrošku sirovina i materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju prema teritorijalnom ustroju sa stanjem 31. prosinca 2011. (Zakon o područjima županija, gradova i općina u Republici Hrvatskoj; NN, br. 10/97., 124/97. i 68/98.). PART TWO – REVIEW BY COUNTIES The Review by Counties contains aggregated data on the consumption of raw materials and consumables for industrial production purposes according to the territorial constitution with the situation as on 31 December 2011(the Act on Territories of Counties, Towns and Municipalities in the Republic of Croatia, NN, Nos. 10/97, 124/97 and 68/98). PO INDUSTRIJAMA POTROŠNJE U INDUSTRIJSKIM PODRUČJIMA NKD-a 2007., PREMA PODRIJETLU I PO ŽUPANIJAMA U toj tablici prikazuje se detaljan pregled sirovina i materijala prema NRMI-ju 2008 koje su utrošile industrijske lokalne jedinice za potrebe industrijske proizvodnje (iz PRODCOM-a) u 2011. i 2012. prikazan za svaku županiju posebno, jednako kao i u pregledu za Republiku Hrvatsku. Utrošak sirovina i materijala za svaku pojedinačnu sirovinu iz NRMI-ja 2008 ovdje je prikazan ukupno i raščlanjeno po područjima i podrijetlu sirovina i materijala (količine i vrijednosti) iz vlastite proizvodnje s domaćeg tržišta i inozemnog tržišta. Ako je broj izvještajnih jedinica ili broj industrijskih lokalnih jedinica manji od 3, iskazan je oznakom "z" (zaštićeni podatak) radi poštivanja načela zaštite pojedinačnih podataka. TABLE 2. SECTIONS, BY ORIGIN AND BY COUNTIES, 2011 AND 2012 This table presents a detailed review of raw materials and consumables according to the NRMI 2008 that local units consumed for (PRODCOM) industrial production purposes in 2011 and 2012. This is shown separately for each county in the same way as in the Review of the Republic of Croatia. Data on the consumption of individual raw materials and consumables aggregated according to the NRMI 2008 is shown here for the total value as well as for values broken down by sections and the origin of a raw materials and consumables (quantities and values) from own-production, from domestic markets or from non-domestic markets. For the protection of individual information, if a number of reporting units/enterprises or a number of local units is smaller than 3, it is marked with "z" (protected data). 14 STATISTIČKA IZVJEŠĆA 1488/2013. KOMENTAR U 2012. ukupna vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju od poduzeća koja su se bavila industrijskom proizvodnjom u 2012. u Republici Hrvatskoj iznosila je 62 979 milijuna kuna prema obuhvatu Godišnjeg izvještaja o utrošku sirovina, materijala i energenata industrije za 2012. U usporedbi s ukupnom vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda (outputa), prema rezultatima istraživanja PRODCOM o industrijskoj proizvodnji za 2012. 7) , od ukupno 130 366 milijuna kuna koje su ostvarila ista poduzeća, vrijednost inputa sirovina i materijala utrošenih za spomenutu industrijsku proizvodnju sudjeluje s 48,3% u vrijednosti outputa industrije. Drugim riječima, ukupna vrijednost prodaje industrijskih proizvoda koju su ostvarila poduzeća u 2012. veća je za 67 386 mijuna kuna (51,7%) od izdataka za utrošene sirovine i materijale u industrijskom procesu za proizvodnju tih proizvoda, prema gruboj bilanci inputa – outputa (grafikon G-1.). COMMENTARY In 2012, the total value of consumed raw materials and consumables used as inputs in the industrial production process in enterprises engaged in the industrial production in the Republic of Croatia amounted to 62 979 million kuna according to the coverage of the Annual Survey on Raw Material Consumption in Industry for 2012. According to the results of the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production in 2012 7) , as compared to the total value of the sale of industrial products (output), out of the total of 130 366 million kuna generated by the same enterprises, the value of raw materials and consumables used as inputs in that industrial production had a share of 48.3% in the output value of industry. In other words, the total value the sale of industrial products generated by the enterprises in 2012 was by 67 386 million kuna (51.7%) higher then the expenditure for consumed raw materials and consumables used as input in that production, according to a rough input-output calculation (see graph 1). Vrijednost utrošenih sirovina i materijala kao inputa u industrijsku proizvodnju u 2012. prema potrošnji industrijskih područja NKD-a 2007. najveća je u području C Prerađivačka industrija i iznosi 57 664 milijuna kuna, u području D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija iznosi 5 112 milijuna kuna, u području B Rudarstvo i vađenje 190 milijuna kuna, dok je najmanja u području E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodaranje otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36) i iznosi 13 milijuna kuna. Ako usporedimo potrošnju po industrijskim odjeljcima NKD-a 2007. (od 05 do 36), tada je najveća vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala zabilježena u odjeljku 19 Proizvodnja koksa i rafiniranih naftnih proizvoda (17 514 milijuna kuna), zatim u odjeljku 10 Proizvodnja prehrambenih proizvoda (11 222 milijuna kuna), a najmanji utrošak sirovina i materijala zabilježen je u odjeljku 09 Pomoćne uslužne djelatnosti u rudarstvu (6 milijuna kuna). Ako analiziramo vrijednost utroška sirovina i materijala za industrijsku proizvodnju u 2012. prema podrijetlu sirovina i materijala (vidi grafikon G-2.), tada je utrošeno 7,5% (4 739 milijuna kuna) vlastito proizvedenih sirovina i materijala, a 92,5% (58 240 milijuna kuna) utrošenih sirovina i materijala nabavljeno je na tržištu od trećih osoba, od toga 43,2% (25 181 milijuna kuna) na domaćem tržištu, a 56,8% (33 059 milijuna kuna) na inozemnom tržištu (uvoz). The highest value of consumed raw materials and consumables used as inputs in the industrial production in 2012, according to the industrial sections of NKD 2007., was recorded in section C Manufacturing, 57 664 million kuna, followed by section D Electricity, gas, steam and air condtitioning supply, 5 112 million kuna, and in section B Mining and quarrying, 190 million kuna, while the lowest one was recorded in section E Water supply; sewerage,waste management and remediation activites, 13 million kuna. Comparing the consumption by the NKD 2007. industrial divisions (05 to 36), the highest value of consumed raw materials and consumables was recorded in division 19 Manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (17 514 million kuna), followed by division 10 Manufacture of food products (11 222 million kuna). The lowest one was recorded in division 09 Mining support service activities (6 million kuna).
