METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Ova publikacija sadržava detaljne rezultate Godišnjeg istraživanja o utrošku sirovina, materijala i energenata u industriji (IND-21/REPRO) za 2012. (u nastavku teksta: istraživanje REPRO za 2012.). Rezultati su agregirani iz podataka prikupljenih na razini Nomenklature sirovina i materijala za industriju (NRMI 2008), koja je sastavni dio Statističkih standarda za Godišnje istraživanje o utrošku sirovina, materijala i energenata u industriji (IND-21/REPRO) za 2008. Republike Hrvatske (NN, br. 60/09.). Pojam "industrija" definiran je četirima industrijskim područjima djelatnosti B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36) prema NKD-u 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.). Ta definicija industrije usklađena je s definicijom svih granskih istraživanja industrije Državnog zavoda za statistiku i s definicijom koja se upotrebljava za statistike industrije EU-a. This publication comprises detailed results of the Annual Survey on Raw Material and Energy Consumption in Industry (IND-21/REPRO form) in 2012 (hereinafter referred to as REPRO Survey for 2012). The results were aggregated from data collected at the level of the Nomenclature of Raw Materials and Consumables for Industry – NRMI 2008., which is an integral part of the Statistical Standards for the Annual Survey on Raw Material and Energy Consumption in Industry (IND-21/REPRO form) for 2008 in the Republic of Croatia (NN, No. 60/09). The term "industry" is defined by first NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07) industrial sections B, C, D and E (only division 36). This definition of industry is harmonised with the definition used in all branch industrial surveys within the Croatian Bureau of Statistics as well as with the definition used for industry statistics within the EU. PRAVNA OSNOVA ISTRAŽIVANJA REPRO Godišnje istraživanje REPRO za 2012. proveo je Državni zavod za statistiku zajedno s područnim uredima na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03, 75/09. i 59/12.) i Godišnjega provedbenog plana statističkih aktivnosti Republike Hrvatske 2013. godine (NN, br. 17/13.) prema spomenutim statističkim standardima. Obveza davanja podataka temelji se na člancima 35. i 38. (stavak 1.) Zakona o službenoj statistici. LEGAL BASIS OF REPRO SURVEY The Annual REPRO Survey for 2012 was carried out by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics in co-operation with branch statistical offices, on the basis of the Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos. 103/03, 75/09 and 59/12), the Annual Implementation Plan of Statistical Activities of the Republic of Croatia in 2013 (NN, No. 17/13) and according to the above mentioned Statistical Standards. The obligation to provide data is based on Articles 35 and 38 (Paragraph 1) of the Official Statistics Act. POKAZATELJI ISTRAŽIVANJA REPRO ZA 2012. O UTROŠKU SIROVINA I MATERIJALA ZA POTREBE INDUSTRIJSKE PROIZVODNJE (iz PRODCOM-a) Prvi rezultati odnose se na najnovije podatke statistike potrošnje industrije, a izvedeni su iz godišnjih rezultata spomenutog istraživanja REPRO za 2012. Rezultati istraživanja REPRO osiguravaju detaljne informacije primarno za potrebe izrade tablica uporabe (input) stavljajući ih u odnos s rezultatima PRODCOM-a 1) o prodanim industrijskim proizvodima (output) kako bi se omogućilo analiziranje robnih tokova u sklopu input-output koncepta na detaljnoj razini sirovina/proizvoda (nomenklature NRMI 2008/NIP 2008.). Svi ovdje prikazani podaci dobiveni su agregiranjem pojedinačnih podataka o utrošku sirovina i materijala iz NRMI-ja 2008, koji je sastavni dio spomenutih statističkih standarda. No komentar glavnih rezultata istraživanja REPRO za 2012. (input) prikazan je u usporedbi s rezultatima istraživanja PRODCOM za 2012. (output) kako bi se naglasila svrha i cilj ovog istraživanja te osigurao zajednički okvir s istraživanjem PRODCOM za potrebe analiza input- -output na harmoniziranoj osnovi (iz područja nacionalnih računa). Iz navedenih razloga u tablici 1. i grafikonu 3. prikazani su glavni rezultati o vrijednostima utroška sirovina i materijala po djelatnostima potrošnje (razina industrijskih područja i odjeljaka NKD-a 2007.) za Republiku Hrvatsku u 2012. usporedno s glavnim rezultatima PRODCOM-a za 2012. o vrijednosti prodanih industrijskih proizvoda (output) generiranoj od istih jedinica. Sirovine i materijali, uključujući usluge, mogli su prema podrijetlu biti nabavljeni na tržištu (domaćemu ili stranome) od trećih osoba ili mogu biti intermedijarni proizvodi iz vlastite proizvodnje, a vrijednosno su iskazani po kupovnim cijenama. Regionalni pregled agregiranih podataka o vrijednosti utrošenih sirovina i materijala (uključujući usluge) za potrebe industrijske proizvodnje, također izražen u vrijednosti po kupovnim cijenama, prikazan je u tablici 1. i grafikonu 6. na razini županija. REPRO SURVEY INDICATORS ON CONSUMPTION OF RAW MATERIALS AND CONSUMABLES FOR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION PURPOSES (from PRODCOM), 2012 First results refer to the most recent data on the industrial consumption statistics and were derived from the annual results of the above mentioned REPRO Survey for 2012. REPRO results provide for detailed information primarily used in the compilation of use tables (inputs) by putting them in relation to PRODCOM results 1) on industrial products sold (output) in order to enable the analysis of commodity flow, taking into account the input-output concepts at the detailed level of row materials/products (nomenclatures NRMI 2008/NIP 2008.). All data presented here were calculated by aggregation of individual data on consumed raw materials and consumables classified in the NRMI 2008, which is an integral part of the mentioned Statistical Standards. However, the commentary on main results of REPRO Survey for 2012 (inputs) was shown in the comparison with results of the PRODCOM Survey for 2012 (outputs) in order to emphasise the main purpose and aim of this Survey and to provide for a common framework with the PRODCOM Survey so to enable the input-output analysis on harmonised basis (in the scope of national accounts). Therefore, table 1 and graph 3 show the main results on the value of consumed raw materials and consumables for industrial production purposes by usage of industrial sections (the NKD 2007. industrial sections and divisions level) for the total Republic of Croatia in 2012 parallel with the PRODCOM results for 2012 on the value of industrial products sold (output) generated by the same units. Concerning their origin, raw materials and consumables, including services, might be either purchased on markets (domestic or non-domestic) from third parties or might be own-produced intermediate products, but both were calculated in values of purchase prices.
