obmedzenej funkcii obličiek zvyšujú azotémiu. Zriedka sa dostavuje trombocytopénia, leukopénia,<br />
hyperlipémia, poruchy GIT, alergické reakcie, zhoršenie funkcie pečene. U starších osôb zníţenie<br />
perfúzie orgánov následkom poklesu objemu cirkulujúcej krvi.<br />

neúčinkuje dostatočne, preto pri kreatininémii > 250 mmol/l sa hydrochlorotiazid nemá podávať. Pri dlhodobej<br />
th. sa môţe podávať v niekoľkodňových intervaloch; dá sa kombinovať s inými d. a antihypertenzívami<br />

nevyvoláva len malé výkyvy TK, na rozdiel od krátko účinkujúcich diuretík. Podobne ako hydrochlorotiazid<br />
neúčinkuje dostatočne pri väčšej poruche obličkových funkcií (Chlorthalidonum ČsL 4, Hydrolong ® ,<br />
Hydroton ® , Hygroton ® tbl., Thalitone ® , Urandil ® tbl.)<br />
