zvyšujú vylučovanie zásaditého moču viedlo obmenou štruktúry r. 1950 k objavu acetazolamidu, kt.<br />

300-krát účinnejšie inhibuje karbonátdehydratázu. Ďalšou obmenou štruktúry sa vyvinuli tiazidové<br />

d., kt. vykazujú väčší natriuretický účinok. V 60. r. sa vyvinul furosemid, bumetamid a piretamid.<br />

Pretoţe tieto látky vyvolávali straty K + , r. 1962 sa do th. zaviedol spironolaktón a ne<strong>sk</strong>ôr amilorid a<br />

triamteren. V ostatnom období sa vyvinuli d., kt. sú schopné zvýšiť aj vylučovanie kys. močovej, kt.<br />

sa pri pouţití d. nahromadí v tele (napr. indakrinón).<br />

Indikácie na podávanie diuretík<br />

D. sú indikované pri týchto stavoch: 1. edémové stavy; 2. hypertenzia; 3. kongestívne zlyhanie<br />

srdca; 4. forsírovaná diuréza s cieľom zvýšiť vylúčenie niekt. látok obličkami.<br />

Na th. účinku d. sa podieľajú renálne i extrarenálne mechanizmy (periférna vazodilatácia, prietok<br />

krvi obličkami a i.).<br />

Podľa chem. štruktúry sa d. delia na: 1. benzotiadiazínové deriváty; 2. ortuťové deriváty; 3. pteridíny;<br />

4. puríny; 5. steroidy; 6. sulfónamidy; 7. uracily; 8. ostatné.<br />
